CASTING CALL “ANTIGONE”
Friday, February 24 at 7:00 pm Saturday, February 25 at 2:00pm Saturday, March 3 at 2:00 pm Based on the children's book by the same name, this show is about a girl who over-indulges in all things pink, and winds up in the doctor’s office. She figures a way out of her predicament and learns the power of self-control and the importance of moderation.
High School Spoof-ical Saturday, February 25 at 7:00 pm Friday, March 2 at 7:00pm Saturday, March 3 at 7:00 pm
A wacky take on the Disney High School Musical phenomenon. Full of fun twists on the original it is a wild parody of all those Hollywood teen movies you love and hate, High School Spoof-ical will have you in hysterics.
In Sophocles Greek tragedy “Antigone,” a brave and proud teenage girl defies her powerful uncle when she buries her traitorous brother. His judgment casts a dark shadow across the land, and long after Antigone is gone you will hear her haunting proclamation, ‘What a person can do, a person ought to do.’ This show offers challenging roles for Jr. High and High School Students.
“REELING” Without a single spoken word, “Reeling” tells the story of the Little Fellow, based on the film persona of silent movie great Buster Keaton. This show, full of humor and slapstick comedy, is for ages 5-18 and needs a large ensemble of Keystone Cops.
