Palm International Hotel and Tower Dubai,UAE
Summary of Works: Part of my job in the tender design of this hotel is to prepare the plans for construction drawings. In order to manage this, i need to review and coordinate the plans with the design engineers for their design inputs regarding the given rooms for MEP . I have coordinated the plans(Front of House , back of House, Guest Rooms and Hotel Facilities ) to the hotel operator and see if there are additional requirements based on the day to day operational basis. I have also coordinated the lift design to the vertical design consultant and see how many lifts are required and its specification. Basically cad is the only tools to create this design of plans.

Summary of Works: I have designed the preliminary option for the Equestrian Club. Part of the masterplanning process is to prepare the site circulation like the pedestrian and vehicular access. Also to identify the nodes that are being connected is also important. The theme of the masterplan is to have a retail destination for all kinds of people especially for families. I have managed to identify the constraint of separation of bachelors to the families. Strict cultural lifestyle of the Arabic people should be look into. I have thought putting up tourist attractions facilities like the ferris wheel, dancing fountain, and a central walk . WATER FEATURE
