It’s been far too long since we brewed with our friends at Left Handed Giant, four years in fact. A lot has changed since then, we’ve moved into Springwell and LHG have opened their beautiful brew pub in Bristol. One of our favourite beers to come from their brewpub is their West Coast Pils. Everyone loves a Pilsner and so the saying goes, the West Coast is the best coast! So here we’re combining our Springwell Pils recipe with their West Coast Pils recipe. Dusted with Centennial, Mittelfruh, Citra, Amarillo, Amarillo Cryo, its light, its bright, its zesty, its crisp, it’s got a touch of bitterness and it is absolutely delightful!
