Students enrolled in this program will earn a BS in Applied Studies: Criminal Justice degree from North Central University. Plus, students will simultaneously earn an AS from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. The Criminal Justice Studies program will equip students to understand the causes of and means to prevent crime and to work effectively in the criminal justice field as a law enforcement officer, correctional officer, or in the courts or probation fields. Coursework will include the criminal justice system, the workings of the police, courts and corrections departments, and an understanding of how they work together.
