henjl est une marque Alpine française éco-responsable de vêtements sportswear en laine pour l’outdoor et le froid urbain. henjl est née en 2009 de la contraction de nos deux prénoms Henry et Jean-Louis, marquant ainsi notre collaboration et notre engagement personnel dans nos produits dont nous sommes les premiers utilisateurs. Nous avons développé dans les Alpes des matières exclusives à base de laine pour des vêtements fonctionnels, confortables et durables. Nos matières, notre style épuré et direct sont notre signature et révèlent henjl. henjl is a French Alpine eco-friendly brand of wool sportswear clothing for the outdoors and cold urban wear. henjl was born in 2009 of the contraction of both our names Henry and Jean-Louis, marking our collaboration and personal commitment to our products which we are the first users. We have developed in the Alps exclusive wool-based materials for functional, comfortable and durable clothing. Our materials and our sleek and straight design is henjl’s signature.

Innovation La technologie est au coeur des produits henjl, au service du design et d’un style toujours authentique. Nos fils de laine sont certifiés bluesign® Technology is inside all henjl garments, to serve a unique and authentic design. Our wool yarns are bluesign® certified.
Lavalan® sport est un nouveau matériau isolant naturel composé de 90% de fibres de laine alpines et de 10% de biopolymère polylactide PLA. Il peut absorber 33% de son propre poids en humidité sans sensation de mouillé. Il sèche beaucoup plus vite que du duvet. Il est facile d’entretien et se recycle sans aucun ajout d’agent chimique.
EXP 4.0 signifie «Ex-Pollution», c’est à dire la non-utilisation d’agents polluants lors du traitement anti-boulochage de la laine. EXP 4.0 est un nouveau procédé révolutionnaire sans chlore qui permet au tricot de laine d’etre lavable en machine. C’est le premier et le seul traitement sur laine au monde qui soit certifié Bluesign et GOTS.
Lavalan® sport is an innovative and sustainable insulation fleece made off 90% alpine wool and 10% PLA Polyactid biopolymer. It can absorb body moisture up to 33% of its own weight without feeling wet. It dries much faster than Downs and Feathers. It is easycare and fully recyclable without any chemical auxiliaries.
EXP 4.0 stands for Ex-Pollution, or the avoidance of pollutants durings anti-felting treatment process. EXP 4.0 is a revolutionary new process that enables the wool to remain machinewashable without the use of chlorine. It is the first and only wool treatment to be GOTS and Bluesign certified.
MKII est un tricot double face de Mérinos à l’extérieur et de climayarn® en couche intérieure. Très chaud, il a été mis au point pour un usage en condition hivernale. Le climayarn® combine les avantages de la laine mérinos et du polypropylène : chaleur même à basse température, évite toute accumulation de chaleur dans l'effort, séchage rapide et transfert d'humidité.
WoolShell® est un 3 couches de Laine Vierge à l’extérieur, de maille poly-mérinos en couche intérieure et d’une membrane imper-respirante et coupe-vent entre les deux. Grace à l’utilisation du WoolShell®, les vêtements henjl sont 100% coupe-vents et très chauds. Pour encore plus de confort, le WoolShell® est stretch et permet une liberté de mouvement optimale.
XBoiled est une nouvelle façon de feutrer le tricot de laine pour faire en sorte qu’il garde son extensibilité. La laine est feutrée en Haute Savoie à l’eau chaude. La laine bouillie XBoiled ne se démaille pas lorsqu’elle est coupée, ne se froisse pas et est très résistante à l’abrasion. Elle est ensuite contre-collée WoolShell® devenant ainsi imper-respirante et coupe-vent.
MKII is a double face knitted fabric with a merino wool face side and a warm climayarn® inside. climayarn® combines the performances of merino wool and polypropylene : warm at low level temperature, avoid all humidity accumulation, dry faster than wool and moisture transfert.
WoolShell® is a 3 layer knitted fabric with a pure new wool face side and a warm inner layer in poly-merino wool knit. A waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane in between keeps you warm and dry. For even more comfort, Woolshell® is a full 4 way stretch.
XBoiled is a new way to felt wool in order to keep the original stretch of the knit fabric. The wool is boiled in France, with warm water only. XBoiled wool is very resistant to abrasion, do not crease, and do not unravel when cutted. XBoiled is Woolshell® laminated to become waterproof, windproof and breathable.
