Also you can run a print ad with the text code to text for more information to capture a bunch of pre-leads. 3. Open house financing flyers with correct rates and programs. Help consumers determine if they can afford the home you are showcasing by having a wonderful open house flyer. Also, they can text for more pictures while they are standing with you to show their friends and you will capture their cell phone without having to ask! 4. Business card stickers, will really enhance your presentation. Let the neighbors go home with the URL to the properties and your information as well! 5. Water bottle labels just for that listing with its Property Website URL and pictures of the home. Talk about separating yourself from the pack! Also you should order special FULL color Open House signs with YOUR full bodied photograph on them pointing in the direction of the house (coming soon)! 6. Use the Showing Feedback system. If you get everybody’s email you can setup them in our showing feedback system and email them for candid feedback on that particular listing. Make sure you always give 100% at your Open House. You never know, the next person who walks through that door, could be your secret shopper. They could be be interviewing you to list their $2 million dollar home down several miles away!
