Features of the SCHUBERTH C4 ip-up helmet Even though it may not look like it at rst glance, as with all SCHUBERTH ip-up helmets, the chin section of the C4 can be released and raised complete with outer shield using one hand in order to put the helmet on, take it off or while taking a break, and just as quickly and easily lowered again, whereby it automatically latches into place. Like all of SCHUBERTH's helmets, the C4 has undergone intensive testing in SCHUBERTH's Air and Acoustics Lab, making it one of the quietest and best ventilated helmets on the market. The C4 features air inlets in the forehead and chin area and a multi-channel ventilation system that ensure a cool head and clear view. The large factory-tted anti-fog visor provides for a condensation free view. A sun visor with 80% tint is integrated into the C4. The sun visor can be deployed or retracted with one hand using the slider on the edge of the helmet enabling you to quickly react to changing light conditions, such as sudden glare or when entering a tunnel.
