**Degree-seeking Indiana residents of the following counties are eligible for in-state tuition through the Indiana Rate program: Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland. For residents of Ohio counties: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Highland, or Warren.
