The Fine Print MINIMUM ORDERS

PAYMENT

Minimum first orders are $250. Minimum re-orders are $100. Re-orders for less than the minimum are subject to a $15 handling fee.

First orders are prepaid. Following credit review, which includes a completed credit application, net 30 terms may be approved. Payment by credit card will expedite your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

MINIMUM CASE PACKS Minimums per item are listed throughout the catalog. Any order received for less than the minimum will be rounded up to the case pack minimum.

SHIPPING We ship FedEx and UPS. FOB Wellsville, NY 14895 USA DAMAGES / CLAIMS If shipping damage occurs, please retain the packing material for inspection and notify the freight carrier immediately. If damage does not appear to be the result of shipping, please call us for instructions. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A Return Authorization Number is required to return damaged merchandise. Northern Lights cannot accept responsibility for in-store damages.

RETURNED CHECKS AND LATE PAYMENTS A $35 fee will be incurred for any returned check. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be added to past due balances. If account remains in arrears, all collection costs will be added to balance due. CHANGE YOUR MIND? Only unopened cartons will be eligible for return within 30 days. We do not accept returns that have been merchandised. Items will be accepted for credit or replacement only with prior approval, and a Return Authorization Number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and the condition of the returned item. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned merchandise.

Esque This best seller, pronounced “esk”, is the embodiment of elegance in home decor. The line has grown in 2015 to include a complementary Room Spray and Reed Diffuser set. And for the first time since its debut, we’ve added new fragrance notes to our signature Mysteria fragrance.

ABOUT MYSTERIA This signature fragrance has top notes of coriander, thyme, rosemary and basil as well as pine, juniper berry and cypress. The middle notes include florals such as jasmine, orange blossom, lily, rose and hints of clove.
