Ticket Office Staff & House Manager

Isabelle is a recent graduate of UW-Green Bay, with a degree in musical theatre and dance. She has been drawn to the theater since she was little; tagging along with her grandmother and family to see shows like The Lion King and High School Musical was always so fun! From sewing to painting to singing to house managing, she is overly grateful to be constantly immersed in the arts. This is her fourth season working with the incredibly talented, compassionate, and fun Northern Sky family. She is so excited to see everyone again and make more memories under the stars. Enjoy the show!

SCOUT FELDMAN Ticket Office Staff & House Manager

Born and raised in Door County, Scout enjoys baking cookies, cupcakes, and pies with Door County apples and cherries in her free time. Scout has been a fan of Northern Sky since she could walk down the wooded trails to the theater. This is her third summer working with Northern Sky and she is excited to experience new musicals and re-experience the classics. Scout is a sophomore at UW-Eau Claire where she studies English education.

Ticket Office Staff & House Manager

Larry is looking forward to his third season helping out in the ticket office and in house management for another great year. He says “Working at Northern Sky continues to be a joy. The people on staff along with the performing artists are all so friendly and supportive, it is truly a pleasure to work here.” Northern Sky and Door County are now a part of Larry’s life, and he can’t imagine not being part of this terrific organization!

KATIE GOECKS Concessions Manager

This is Katie’s first year at Northern Sky Theater and she is very excited to come up with and create different yummy treats for concessions. Katie has previous experience with food and beverage after managing a cafe in her hometown of Cedarburg, Wisconsin. After living in Colorado for a couple years, she decided to come back to live with her parents in Door County; where they had frequently vacationed. In her free time, Katie likes to dabble in anything art related and is a full time body painter/SFX artist. Make sure you stop by concessions to say hi!

Kent

Ticket Office Staff

Born and raised in central Illinois, Kent attended Illinois Wesleyan University and Perkin’s School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. He retired after 41 years of pastoring churches, serving congregations in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Colorado. His last appointment was First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs. He and his wife, Kris, moved to Door County in the summer of 2022 to be nearer family. Kent enjoys fly fishing and the many opportunities in Door County to experience music, art, and food. He is grateful for the natural beauty of this place!

KATHY KOLACINSKI Ticket Office Staff

After 30 successful years as an interior designer for commercial office space, Kathy and her husband retired to Door County – one of the most beautiful places on earth. Superfluous other details include a degree in art from Northern Illinois University and a stint as an adjunct professor at Harper College in Palatine. Kathy is delighted to be spending another season at Northern Sky.

Now featuring live music on Sunday afternoons.

PAT PALMER Ticket Office Staff & Sound Tech

Pat is happy to be returning to Northern Sky for his second season with the ticket office. He also continues to run sound for various music venues through out the county, visit his daughter and grand daughter Izzy in Green Bay and loves a good latte as often as possible.

CAROLINE POLSTER Concessions Staff

After a career in human resources management, Caroline retired to Door County with her husband, Steve. Caroline enjoys traveling, gardening, time with family and the more relaxed pace of living in the country. Caroline is delighted to help make your experience at Northern Sky a great one!

STEVE POLSTER Ticket Office Staff

A native of Fish Creek and a graduate of Gibraltar High School, Carroll College and the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, Steve served as a United Methodist minister in Wisconsin for forty years and is now retired. He and his wife Caroline love to travel, especially to places with a warmer climate in the winter. Steve is glad to return for another season as a member of the ticket office team here at Northern Sky. Steve enjoys cooking, hiking, and reading. Enjoy this great season of terrific shows!
