North Sailing

North Sailing is owned and run by a local family in Húsavík. Three generations take part in daily operation and the fourth one is already lending a hand. Established in Húsavík in the year 1995, North Sailing was one of the first companies in Iceland to offer regular whale watching tours. North Sailing has grown rapidly with each year and is now leading in tourism and Icelandic coastal culture. North Sailing has been awarded both domestically and internationally, which has encouraged the company to develop and seek new opportunities. The results can be seen in the number of salvaged old Icelandic boats as well as the ever growing selection of various exciting tours from the harbour in Húsavík.
