"KickArts at the Centre of Contemporary Arts is presenting a unique and visually beautiful exhibition, Habitus-Habitat: Great Walks Art and Environment, featuring artworks inspired by the Wet Tropics North Great Walk.
Habitus-Habitat opens in the Lower KickArts Gallery on February 14 and represents the works of Brian Robinson with artworks from the master class workshop and participants Bonemap, Nickolas Mills and Zane Saunders.
The Great Walks of Queensland is a $10 million Queensland Government initiative creating a series of world-class walking tracks through some of the state’s most beautiful natural areas.
The Great Walks Art and Environment Program is a state-wide public art initiative that aims to promote art and the environment and encourage local communities to explore, experience and enjoy the Great Walks through art.
