All children’s wards of the hospital are visited by Caring in the Community

Duncan heads up Community Sports Foundation’s Caring in the Community programme, a free service for patients at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.

He comes equipped with matchday programmes, posters and Caring in the Community stickers – plus, from time to time, signed City goodies. Caring in the Community was founded in 2003 as Canaries for the Community but was relaunched under its new name this year, thanks to funding from CSF’s Sporting Light Appeal. Young campers enjoy Fit4it Junior Camp It was a week of adventure activities, fun workshops and new friendships for participants on CSF’s Fit4it Junior Camp. Over a hundred children joined us over February half-term for the free camp. Run in conjunction with Public Health, the Junior camp is aimed at seven to 12-year-olds who may be struggling to control or maintain their weight and included health workshops and a variety of sport sessions.
