The 2022–2023 school year is off to a tremendous start and I’m filled with excitement to see the year ahead.

Dear Norwood-Fontbonne Academy Community, From the President

This edition of The Good News magazine highlights the unique ways our students continue to grow and thrive by living our vision statement. The vision statement keeps our curriculum grounded in our mission and infuses student learning with independence, empathy and continual growth. As you read some of our alumni highlights and interviews, you will see that growth continues well beyond graduation.

We are excited to embark on a deeper partnership this year with Chestnut Hill College. This partnership between our two institutions, both sponsored works of the Sisters of Saint Joseph (SSJ), provides shared classroom and practice room space, shared staffing for support of educational programs and other initiatives part of the Chestnut Hill College Institute for Montessori Education (CHIME). Our expanded partnership is an important milestone for both NFA and CHC as we build on our strengths and set ourselves as leaders in Montessori education both in the Philadelphia region and on the national level. This Preschool–8th Grade/Higher Education partnership is a transformational differentiator.

The summer was very busy at NFA improving our indoor and outdoor learning environments to best serve the needs of all of our learners. With

the launch of our Strategic Plan, Directed Toward Tomorrow, in 2020, we also began a comprehensive campus planning study in collaboration with Hord Coplan Macht, a national leader in educational space design. We have begun implementing recommended projects and phases of our campus plan. I look forward to sharing with all of you the innovations of our campus to allow it to grow and thrive well into the future.

Learning begins here on campus, but our students continue that learning in our community. We are thrilled to relaunch an expanded service-learning curriculum this fall as we live Gospel values and connect our students with our community partners reflective and meaningful service. “We live and work so that all may be united with God and One another.”

Thank you for being a cherished member of the NFA family committed to our mission and the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. I hope that amongst these pages you see at least a glimpse of the vibrant community that is Norwood-Fontbonne Academy. We encourage you to visit us on campus and see the mission and vision thriving.

In Christ’s Peace,

Welcome to Principal Kathryn Henry

What do you love about working with young people and teachers?

In May 2022, Kathryn Henry was named the principal of Norwood-Fontbonne Academy. Mrs. Henry comes to NFA’s campus from Northwood Academy Charter School in Philadelphia, where she first served as a Lower School Assistant Principal and, most recently, Principal. Prior to Northwood, Mrs. Henry spent eight years at Southwest Leadership Academy Charter School in Philadelphia where she served in a variety of leadership roles, including Instructional Coach and Curriculum Director. Her responsibilities within those positions included general leadership duties within the building with an emphasis on curriculum development, school climate and culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice, and enhancing schoolwide safety and security.

Prior to becoming an administrator, Mrs. Henry spent seven years teaching grades two, four, and middle school math and science.

Mrs. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware, with a minor in History. She earned her Masters of Education in Special Education (summa cum laude) from West Chester University and completed her studies in administration at Edinboro University in fulfillment of the requirements for Pennsylvania K–12 Principal Certification.

Mrs. Henry lives in Lafayette Hill with her husband, Eric, and two children: Patrick and Caroline.

“I love being a part of a young student’s growth and development. Working in a PreK–8th grade environment affords me the opportunity to enjoy the wonders of so many different age levels and to watch many children grow up. I feel blessed to be such a big part of children’s lives at such a young age. In the same way, I love being such a critical part of children’s growth and development; I love doing the same for teachers in their professional growth. Working closely with teachers allows me to never lose sight of why I became an educator and to be the principal I always wanted to have as a teacher.”

What inspired you to go into education?

“I have always loved working with children and was inspired by some of the wonderful teachers I had growing up. However, I became most interested in education when I worked as a camp counselor in high school.”

What drew you to NFA?

“I was immediately drawn to the mission of the SSJ. Their call for unity and love is something I felt as I walked through the halls of NFA during my spring visit. When I had the opportunity to meet families, staff, and students during my spring visit, I was blown away by the strong sense of community and commitment at NFA. I was equally impressed by the rigorous instruction I saw in classrooms and the top-notch Montessori program NFA offers.”

One book every parent should read?

“How can I pick just one?! I have many favorites…here are a few at the top of my list: The Gift of Failure by Jessica Lahey, How to Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So Kids Will Talk by Adele Faber, and Balanced and Barefoot by Angela J. Hanscom.

NFA’s 14-acre campus was buzzing with activity during the 2022 summer as we improved our indoor and outdoor learning environments to best serve the needs of all of our learners. With the launch of our Strategic Plan, Directed Toward Tomorrow, in 2020, we also began a comprehensive campus planning study in collaboration with Hord Coplan Macht (HCM), a national leader in educational space design. We have begun implementing recommended projects and phases of our campus plan.

This summer, we completed a refresh of JLA (Junior Level Montessori) and the Primary wing in the Fontbonne Building with new carpeting. We also created new office space for our colleagues at Chestnut Hill College as we began deeper collaboration and partnership as the Montessori Lab School.

Also in Fontbonne, we have reorganized several rooms to create a new hub for Mission and Ministry in our central corridor. With a room of her own, Ally Monteiro, Director of Mission and Ministry, can now lead prayer experiences, service-learning, and professional development in one dedicated space on campus.

Throughout campus, all buildings

have had security upgrades, with centralized, electronic door access for all buildings. In this first phase, our existing cameras are centralized and integrated into the system with capacity to add additional components down the road.

On Fontbonne, the new vestibule enclosure in the Fontbonne courtyard is in progress, although some inspections and supply chain delays have delayed construction.

On the Norwood Campus, the Field House locker rooms and Athletic

Offices received a well overdue remodel and update. The Class of 2022 Legacy gift, new dual scoreboards for Sister James Anthony Hall (SJAH) is in process.

We have made great progress on both campuses on the design of improved and enhanced outdoor learning spaces in collaboration with HCM and our academic team. We are currently refining designs and planning for implementation. We will keep you posted on our progress.

NFA & Chestnut Hill College Establish Partnership in Support

of Montessori Education

On June 30, 2022, Dr. Ryan Killeen, President of NFA, and Sister Carol Jean Vale, former President of Chestnut Hill College (CHC), formalized a longstanding agreement between NFA and CHC to establish a partnership in support of Montessori education. This partnership between the two institutions, both of which are sponsored works of the Sisters of Saint Joseph (SSJ), provides shared classroom and practice room space, shared staffing for support of educational programs and other initiatives part of the Chestnut Hill College Institute for Montessori Education (CHIME).

“Our expanded partnership is an important milestone for both NFA and CHC as we build on our strengths and set ourselves as leaders in Montessori education both in the Philadelphia region and on the national level,” said Killeen. “This Preschool–8th Grade/ Higher Education partnership is a transformational differentiator.”

“NFA as a lab school, creates an incubator for innovation and development of best practice,” added Killeen. “Our students will benefit from the energy and enthusiasm of an increased presence of student interns in the Montessori program; and our faculty can grow in their individual professional development, modeling life-long learning and sharing their expertise with our colleagues at CHC. This collaboration provides access to rich professional development with master Montessorians and thought leaders.”

CHC is one of U.S. colleges or universities that offers an accredited program in Montessori education. CHC has been a longstanding leader in preparing generations of Montessori educators.

“Combining our efforts enriches both institutions and allows us to leverage our strengths and optimize opportunities for our communities,” said Killeen. “It’s a win, win for everyone—especially for our students.”

NFA of an A Portrait

THE NFA STUDENT IS ONE WHO ENJOYS LEARNING, TREASURES SELF, OTHERS, AND THE EARTH, LIVES GOSPEL VALUES, AND MAKES REFLECTIVE CHOICES AS A SELFDIRECTED PERSON.

Student

During the summer of 2020, following an extremely challenging, yet inspiring, spring semester impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Norwood-Fontbonne Academy’s Curriculum Council members could have put their work on pause, but instead, because of of their sincere belief in the school’s student vision statement, they decided to spend their free time further developing it.

The NFA student is one who enjoys learning, treasures self, others, and the earth, lives Gospel values, and makes reflective choices as a self-directed person.

We truly believe our vision statement defines every NFA student and extends itself to all NFA community members. Reflective of the mission of NFA’s founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph, NFA teachers and administrators have used the vision statement as their north star for many years now in planning engaging learning experiences for students. The statement dates back to the 1997–98 school year but was refined to become the gold standard it is now when the Curriculum Council was formed in 2020.

“This was at the height of the pandemic, and the council had a big task at hand: to prepare teachers for returning to a completely different landscape in the classroom for the next school year,” said Shannon Craige, Director of Curriculum and Innovation. “The NFA teaching staff grew as a community of learners when we were virtual in the spring of 2020, and this was a chance to reset and remember the WHY behind what we do. The WHY is our students. We knew this was a great opportunity to focus on our students to drive our preparations for the new school year.”

Through their diligence and perseverance, the Curriculum Council— Craige, Marianne Canuso (4th Grade), Abby Montler (2nd Grade), Joe Rosowski (Middle School Math), and Dr. Monica Walsh (Montessori Preschool)—led the NFA teaching staff in an “unpacking” of the four components of the vision statement.

“We took a closer look at what it means for our students to truly live the vision statement,” said Craige. “We gathered input and further broke down each component into specific indicators that identify what it looks like when students embody the vision statement. It’s a way to understand the vision statement in action. This is the portrait of an NFA student.”

Makes Reflective Choices as a Self-directed Person...

Persists through challenges with a growth mindset.

Reflects and sets goals for personal growth.

Is open-minded when receiving feedback.

Shows independence with gradual release of responsibility.

Strives to be a positive leader.

For the past two years, the Curriculum Council has built in many intentional routines for teachers and students to align their daily practices with the vision statement indicators. Teachers are guided to design learning experiences that align with the indicators appropriate for their grade level.

“When planning lessons, we keep in mind questions such as, ‘How can I create opportunities for my students to make reflective choices?,” said Montler. “Because we give students these expectations, we find it important to also give them the opportunity to practice them.”

The vision statement has become a fluent language used among the teachers and students. Classrooms have incorporated the vision statement into their daily routines. Students are prompted to reflect on oneself in alignment with the indicators. Canuso shares about a daily fourth grade practice that sets the tone for each student and their classroom community as a whole,

“We begin the school day using the vision statement as a guided meditation,” said Canuso. “Students reflect on questions such as, ‘How will I treat others with care and dignity today?’ and ‘How will I strive to be a positive leader today?’ Our hope is for each student to envision themselves intentionally living out the NFA vision each and every day.”

There are also specific times of the school year that call for deeper reflection and goal setting, and now teachers are able to use the vision statement indicators to anchor those reflective exercises with one commonality across the whole student body. Not only can students measure their progress with the indicators as a guide, they are also provided the opportunity to show evidence of their growth.

“A specific use of making reflective choices is applied during our student-led conferences,” said Walsh. “Within a trimester, students evaluate their learning progress, learning style, learning interests, challenges, and areas of growth. With the support of their teacher, students share these reflections with parents. Applied use of self reflection creates a culture which encourages purpose and potential.”

Another example of how students measure their progress is through frequent goal setting, aligned with the vision statement indicators.

“Throughout the school year, students get the opportunity to create goals for themselves based on the vision statement,” said Rosowski. “Being prompted to go through these reflective exercises, students get to think deeper about their personal goals. This allows students to foster their identity as an NFA student, and something we believe they will carry with them into high school and beyond.”

A Pilgrimage to Le Puy

As Ally Monteiro, NorwoodFontbonne Academy’s Director of Mission & Ministry, strolled the original cobblestone streets of Le Puy-en-Velay in south-central France, it dawned on her that she was walking exactly where the original Sisters of Saint Joseph (SSJ) served those on the margins of life every day; where Father Jean-Pierre Médaille—a Jesuit priest who played an instrumental role in the founding of the SSJ—preached to the citizens of war-ravaged city.

“I share in the legacy of the Sisters of Saint Joseph,” said Monteiro, an Associate of the SSJ, who went on a pilgrimage with 10 Sisters and two other Associates in April 2022. “I felt the call to be so much more intentional in what we do at NFA.”

As a sponsored ministry of the SSJ since 1920, NFA has deep roots in the history of the Sisters and their desire to creatively foster the formation of young women and men.

Led by Sister Jean Laurich, Monteiro and company toured Le Puy, Basen-Basset, Haute-Loire, and Léon where they learned all about the early life of the SSJ.

“They guide you through the entire timeline of the SSJ and what was happening in the church at the time,” said Monteiro. “You really get a sense of who the Jesuits were at the time as well.”

In Le Puy, they even had the opportunity to visit the kitchen that was used to launch the first

ministry of the founding sisters. It was in that space where they said a prayer and renewed their vows.

“I had tears in my eyes,” said Monteiro. “I had a renewed sense of energy to continue this mission forward.”

In Bas-en-Basset, they visited Mother Saint John Fontbonne’s room, which featured items from every congregation around the

world. In 1836, Mother Fontbonne sent six sisters to America at the request of Bishop Rosati of the St. Louis, Missouri, Diocese.

“She never made it to Saint Louis, but we are able to witness what sending those Sisters to Saint Louis grew into,” said Monteiro.

The SSJ arrived in Philadelphia in 1847 and soon had works in various locations including Center

City Philadelphia, Pottsville, and McSherrystown, PA. In August 1858, at the urging of Bishop (Saint) John Neumann, they moved their Motherhouse from McSherrystown to the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. In October 1858, they established Mount Saint Joseph Academy, a boarding school for girls located in the Mount Saint Joseph Convent, site of the Monticello estate purchased that year from the Middleton Family. In 1878, young boys were admitted into the newly created St. Joseph’s Seminary for Little Boys, also housed in the convent building. These two schools formed the nucleus for the present Norwood-Fontbonne Academy.

“We’re continuing the next chapter,” said Monteiro. “When we respond to be ready for any good work, it’s responding from ‘who is

suffering today?’ We’re weaving service-learning and outreach into everything we do, into every breath. It’s not a one and done. It’s a part of what allows us to further

understand the novels we better understand. It allows us to better understand why we study a foreign language.”

The NFA Fund supports our mission and enhances our student experience by providing challenging academics, exciting co-curricular and athletic activities, and spiritual formation. In addition, staff development, technology resources, and physical plant improvements continue with funding from The NFA Fund. GIVE NOW by visiting www.norfon.org/give.

Where are they now?

Catching Up with Sister Kathy McShane

During her six years at NFA, Sister Kathy McShane (SSJ) served as both the Principal of Middle School and Head Principal. Since leaving campus, she has continued to use her many talents as an educator and administrator to bless those in her presence.

Sister has been serving at The SSJ Welcome Center in the Kensington section of Philadelphia since 2015. She was named the education literacy coordinator when she arrived; she assumed the role of director in 2017.

The Welcome Center is devoted to the immigrant community of Philadelphia by providing three types of services: education, immigration, and outreach. Specifically, The Welcome Center offers English classes, citizenship preparation classes and guidance, computer skills classes, and a variety of other social services.

At NFA, we are fortunate to partner with The Welcome Center through service-learning projects led by Ally Monteiro, Director of Mission and Ministry. Sister Kathy loves connecting with other SSJ sponsored works, and of course she already has a special connection with NFA.

Following her time at NFA, Sister went on to work as a resource room teacher for grades 1–4 at Visitation Parish School in Kensington. In returning to the classroom, Sister, who has a Master’s in Education from College of St. Rose with an emphasis on Special Education, was able to use her many skills acquired from her degree in special education. For four years, Sister Kathy enjoyed helping the children to achieve their best selves.

In 2005, Sister took a position in pastoral care at Saint John of God Community Services in Westville, New Jersey where she worked with people with multiple disabilities. Sister Kathy was an advocate for her constituents, making connections with parents, families, and teachers. She ministered at St. John’s for 10 years.

The SSJ serve the dear neighbor with a presence that is welcoming, loving, and compassionate towards all without distinction. The spirituality of the SSJ calls them to relate as God relates. We can certainly say that Sister Kathy Mc Shane’s continued ministry is an example of her love and devotion to the mission of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of which she holds dear to her heart.

A Love of Learning!

Part of teaching a modern language like Spanish is taking the proper time to learn about and experience the nuances of Spanish speaking cultures. Maria Cilio understands that all too well, which is why she dedicates her free time to engaging with Spanish speaking communities, both here and abroad.

This past summer, Cilio, who teaches Spanish to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students at Norwood-Fontbonne Academy, spent a good portion of her summer studying at OLSA International, a language school for professionals and travelers, in Medellín, Colombia. She completed OLSA’s Advanced Spanish Conversation Course in addition to a series of private lessons.

“I look forward to sharing photos and stories from my time in Colombia with my students, especially my sixth graders, who complete a language unit on Colombian cultures,” said Cilio. “I also can’t wait to play some of the

conversation games I learned in my own classes with all of the middle schoolers to boost their presentational communication skills while having fun!”

In addition to Medellín, Cilio also spent time in Cartagena along the northern coast.

“The city of Medellín is vastly different from coastal Cartagena,” noted Cilio. “Both have very unique food cultures and distinct music scenes. The main constant is the warm and inviting Colombian people; many were so happy to welcome us into their communities and show off their beautiful history and culture via food, art, and music. If you go to Colombia, you must go on a street food tour with a local!”

Cilio graduated from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Cultural Analysis and Spanish Language. A Mount Saint Joseph Academy alumna, who

was named her class’ valedictorian, Cilio was also selected as the speaker for the 2014 Global Engagement Symposium while at NYU. For her, the opportunity to teach a modern language is a true blessing.

“Teaching Spanish at NFA has been such a gift in my life,” said Cilio. “Watching my students discover new forms of communication, step out of their comfort zones, and learn about new peoples and places is a great joy. Their curiosity inspires me to be a lifelong learner.”

No Stone Unturned, Dr. Walls Does it All!

In her own words, Dr. Kathleen Walls ’85 is “100 percent Montessori minded in everything” that she does. As a psychologist, professor, strategic advisor, author, film festival founder, and yes, even as a certified dog groomer, the NFA lifer approaches any new challenge with the independent spirit of a true Montessorian.

“I laugh at myself today in the way that I work,” said Walls, a lifer who began her educational journey in NFA’s Montessori Preschool Program. “[Montessori] was a perfect fit for me in the sense of really engaging me fully and what has my attention at the moment to completion before shifting to that next subject project. I still work that way today, without question.

“I remember being in preschool and being given options and being asked, ‘where do I want to go first?’ and knowing that I could choose,” added Walls. “So, just even that recognition that you have choices

and options in life; and that you can make decisions as opposed to someone deciding everything for you. And knowing that once you made that decision, then there’s the follow through and the commitment to that decision until it’s time to make a new decision. That is foundational for me now.”

With that fearless approach to learning and life, Walls has achieved incredible success in her life. To begin, Walls is the owner and founder of the G.R.E.A.T.E.S.T. Counseling & Consulting, located in Philadelphia. She is also a strategic business partner with the national leadership development firm TAGA Consulting. Walls, who went on to Mount Saint Joseph Academy following her days at NFA, graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. At Chestnut Hill College, she earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology and Human Services with a Specialization in

Child and Adolescent Therapy as well as her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.).

Walls returned to Chestnut Hill College in May of 2022 where she was the commencement speaker for the School of Graduate Studies, the final commencement ceremony during Sister Carol Jean Vale’s incredible tenure as President of Chestnut Hill College. She shared the stage with Megan Maguire Nicoletti ’82, who was the recipient of an honorary degree.

“It was a tremendous honor,” said Walls. “I thought about Sister James Anthony, who was the principal when I was at NFA as a child, and Sister Helen, who was also the principal, and just all my teachers. Just to know that here, Sister Carol Jean Vale, the Sisters of St. Joseph, and all the St. Joe’s nuns who have poured into me—that moment for me I was really the manifestation of their dream, and then to share the stage with Megan Maguire, who received an honorary doctorate and

who was also an NFA graduate…it was such an amazing moment.”

Believe it or not, Walls began mapping out her journey in psychology as a sixth grade student on The Fontbonne Campus during career day. She asked the mother of her friend, Kate Kennedy ’85, about the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist, which put the wheels in motion.

“My grandfather was an M.D. and my father was a veterinarian so I knew I was going to be a doctor—I just didn’t know what type of doctor I wanted to be,” said Walls. “I had always been told that I listened very well and I gave good advice. So, it was in that moment that she explained the difference to me and I said, ‘and I still get to be a doctor?’ And, she was like, ‘yeah!’ In my mind I’m going, ‘alright, I’ll be the first female doctor in the family—that works. And that was it. I was locked in from that moment.”

Over the course of her career, Walls has married her love of psychology with her other passions, and as a result, her work has taken her all over the country and the world, including a stint as an adjunct professor at Weber University’s campus in Accra, Ghana.

Walls even launched a film festival called the Piton International Film Festival with her husband, Ed Umoja Herman, in his native St. Lucia, which has opened up doors to collaborations with filmmakers in Uganda, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. In this forum, Walls has the opportunity to blend her brilliance as a teacher and psychologist as films touch on sensitive

If so, you can donate some or all of your state income tax liability to Norwood-Fontbonne Academy through the SPE (Special Purpose Entity) arm of the EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) program. These donations benefit NFA’s Tuition Assistance efforts and help students attend NFA!

An example of how it works: If your state income tax liability is $4,000, you can donate up to $4,000, but no more (do not overcommit; if you do, the entire donation will be void). A two-year commitment earns a 90% refund ($3,600) on the donation in the form of a tax credit against your tax obligation. You may also be able to use the remaining 10% ($400) as an itemized deduction on your federal income tax return.

topics, or as she coaches emerging artists.

Walls has also written several books, including a new children’s book series entitled Bunnie Gets Bullied, which is part of her series called The Adventures of Froggy-T & Bunnie – A Hip Hop Tale

“When I write, I really want to give the reader the words because in therapy, that’s really about teaching people how to express their

thoughts and feelings,” said Walls.

If that’s not enough, Walls converted her father’s animal clinic into Greene Street Animal Care and even went back to school to become a certified dog groomer.

So what will Walls do next? Only time will tell, but you can rest assured that she will dive in headfirst with the curiosity and tenacity of an NFA Montessorian.

A Master Storyteller

Jay Susanin ‘79 often sees the story where others don’t. An artifact here, a photo there, a vintage map that sets the right tone. Aesthetically pleasing, Susanin has weaved his passion for history with his love of architecture to tell compelling stories through his sheer creativity.

In 2001, Susanin established Palladio as an art production, custom framing, and interior design company. Located in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, Palladio’s clients include a number of well-known Philadelphia area businesses, universities, restaurants, and social clubs.

In a similar fashion, in 2013, Susanin opened a company within Palladio called Bank and Surf, a coastal lifestyle company celebrating life at the edge of water, which “simply takes what we do at Palladio to the beach.”

“I have always been interested in both history and art and the creative world,” said Susanin.

Following his days at NFA, Susanin went onto La Salle College High School. His studies led him to Franklin & Marshall College, where he majored in History and minored in Business, Art History, and English. He then earned his Masters in Historic Preservation from the Graduate School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. After earning his J.D. from Penn State with the intention of working in real estate and historic preservation law, his brother, Chris ’83

encouraged him to create Palladio, and the rest, as Susanin knows all too well, is history.

“The business grew quickly, evolved and changed with customer needs and my own design strengths,” said Susanin.

Susanin’s story came home in 2021 when he created the magnificent St. Pierre Hall of History, which was named after Norwood Academy’s first Superior, Mother St. Pierre Byrne, in The Big House on NFA’s campus. Susanin scoured the archives to create a unique space to honor the school’s illustrious history.

Susanin’s mom, Natalie, had strong ties to the Sisters of Saint Joseph since the late 19th century, which led to her and her husband, John, sending all four of their sons—Peter ’75, Tim ’77, Jay ’79, and Chris ’83—to Norwood.

“My great grandfather’s sister, Sarah Byrne, was Mother St. Pierre Byrne who was the first Superior at Norwood, Mt. St. Joseph’s Academy, St. Mary’s in Center City and

was one of the higher ups in the order until her death in 1944,” said Susanin. “Mother was in residence at Cecilian Academy for part of the time that my mother was a ‘lifer’ there in the 1940s and 50s. It was because of her own fondness for the Sisters that Natalie and my father, John, decided to educate their four sons at Norwood.”

“I can’t say enough about the high level of education that I received at Norwood—both from the Sisters and their great team of lay teachers,” added Susanin.
