Grant Carruthers is a musical Swiss-army knife as both a multi-instrumentalist and a skilful writer across numerous genres. With a degree in popular music from the Queensland Conservatorium, Grant is qualified to rock.
With a mix of folk-rock, garage and post-punk influences, Woe and Flutter can go from a melancholy, pop sensible love ballad to a fast, beat heavy, feedback-ridden mess of electric guitars.
Having only established themselves in November 2010, Alone with Wolves has already shared the stage with big names on the local indie scene, including Stonemasons, Russian Kidd and Charlie Mayfair.
With her honest and lyrical storytelling, local girl Sarah Archer is building her reputation as a refreshing new artist who can captivate audiences time and time again.

Winner of the 2002 Australian Comedian of the Year, Pommy Johnson returns to The Arts Centre Gold Coast after his sell out performance in 2010.
