Examples of their work will be on display at the Gold Coast City Gallery. Quilts carry stories about our history and encompass memories and identity through an unspoken language. Each stitch and choice of material can provide rich insights into the lives of the people who have laboured to make them. A variety of quilts and wall hangings will be on display, showing a wide range of both traditional and contemporary techniques.
