• We set the codes to protect the public health but is it more healthily to sleep in the street rather than sleeping inside the library building? • Do we value books more than Human beings? • The opportunities of refurbishing the furniture inside the library is plenty and teaching the homeless to build their own beds and shelter even if it’s temporary is going to effect the whole city.
