the bride’s bouquet & groom’s boutonniere AUTUMN WILL CARRY A CLASSIC, ROUND, ALLwhite bouquet, full glam! Hydrangea, roses, calla, all-white, stephanotis, pearls, rhinestones, brooch; see Pinterest bouquet image. Brendon will wear a classic white calla with rhinestone sparkle. Autumn likes the open roses, polo roses for scent, and there will be no greenery in the bouquet. Heavily embellished handle for the bouquet will also be added.
bridal party flowers BRENDON’S GROOMSMEN WILL WEAR CORAL spray rose boutonnieres and Autumn’s eight bridesmaids will carry coral and ivory classic round bouquets.
groomsmen attire THE GROOMSMEN WILL BE RENTING THE tuxedos from NY Bride & Groom. The tuxedos will be a light heather grey with a heather grey vest, bellini colored tie and pocket square. Brendon will be wearing the same heather grey tux with the bellini vest and tie.

These will line the aisle in addition to a white aisle runner and heavy rose petals. Four spectacular floral pieces in ivory and VERY pale peach to mark all four posts of the large, elevated white circular Chuppah provided by Themeworks. Candles will also line the aisle to create a romantic ambiance.
the cocktail hour SIX COC K TA I L TA B L E S WILL BE PLACED THROUGHOUT THE FOYER AND THE VERANDA. Each cocktail table will have a Nirvana peach linen with a champagne sequin cuff. 6 cocktail tables, simple rose, no green and gold votives. Foyer will have a three-tier floral presentation plus lots of candles and petals to create a modern and cool piece for the entry.
the wedding reception THE ENTIRE BACK WALL OF THE VENUE WILL BE DRAPED IN ROMANTIC, SOFT FLOOR TO CEILING drapery by Themeworks. This will create a soft backdrop and an elegant atmosphere. Two gold and ivory throne chairs from Themeworks will be placed behind the sweetheart table for the bride and groom. They will be raised for additional height. The Chuppah will remain in place and the wedding cake will be placed underneath if for added drama. - 20 round guest tables and a 32ft. head table, one-sided in front of dance floor - 9 sets of trios and bridal bouquets displayed - 2 elevated arrangements will highlight the head table - 2 elevated white and light peach arrangements with lots of hanging crystals and two sets of trios will accent the family tables - 4 elevated arrangements will be displayed on guest tables - 6 mirrored cubes of bridal flowers with Peach linens - 10 elevated arrangements - 8-3 varied height cylinders of submerged full sized calla and floating candles from the aisle will be re-purposed here Sweetheart table will have a low full lush arrangement that spills over to the floor with cylinders of candles at the base and candle cups that are embellished with satin and rhinestone sliders at the top. Heavy candle light for stair case.
linen & place setting EACH GUEST PLACE SETTING WILL BE ADORNED WITH AN ORIZZONTE GOLD RIM CHARGER AND a rectangular folded peach Nirvana napkin. Each guest table will be dressed in an elegant floor-length, champagne dupioni linen. The head table for the bridal party will have an air of sparkle as an addition to the place setting, and the tables will be dressed in a champagne sequin linen. The wedding cake will also be covered with a champagne sequin linen.

draping & lighting THE ENTIRE BACK WALL WILL BE DRAPED IN SOFT WHITE FLOOR TO CEILING FABRIC. THIS will remain up for the ceremony and the reception. The room will have blush/amber uplighting to create a romantic atmosphere that will wow the guests. The lights will change during party time. Pinspots will also be used to illuminate the tall centerpieces.
