Below are several styles from Minted. I would customize one of your preference and use plum, black, silver and/or white to tie it to the color palette.



color palette This cool-toned palette would look stunning in any season, but has us dreaming of an elegant summer wedding! Plum is a luxurious and versatile color. We will also incorporate silver metallic accents.

Picasso lilies and dusty miller will be included, wrapped in candle light white satin and finished with pearl pins. Malcolm will wear an elegant Picasso Calla Lily boutonniere which matches the bridal bouquet.


bridal party flowers MALCOLM’S GROOMSMEN WILL WEAR A WHITE CALA LILY BOUTONNIERE WITH THE DEEP PLUM ribbon wrap. Brittany’s bridesmaids will carry smaller bouquets with less or no pinks wrapped in plum satin.

the entry way / foyer W H E N G U E S T S A R R I V E AT N OA H ’ S E V E N T VENUE, THEY WILL BE GREETED BY AN elegant guestbook table. The table will feature a glamorous plum sequinned linen. A small mercury vase of flowers for the guestbook will be placed on the table along with silver frames and votive candles. Either a bridal portrait OR engagement photo will be displayed as an 11x17 and on an easel. Additional engagement photos can be added to the table per the couple’s request. An elegant 5x7 sign in a silver frame will read, “Please Sign Our Guestbook.” Silver votives will be placed all over the table for an added elegance and romantic glow. The gift table will have a plum satin linen and will have a “Cards & Gifts” sign in a silver frame along with a few votive candles.


the wedding ceremony B R I T TA N Y A N D M A L CO L M W I L L M A R R Y I N T H E MAIN BALLROOM. THE CHAIRS WILL BE ARRANGED theater-style with a 5-6ft wide center aisle. For the ceremony we will display two large floral arrangements on draped pedestals to create a soft elegant look. Floral arrangements that will be re-purposed during the reception will line the aisle along with heavy white/ivory petals. To create an elegant glow, the black wrought iron lanterns provided by the venue will line the aisle and be nestled in the petals. A white muslin aisle runner with be placed in the center and the aisle will be tied off with satin ribbon. To add drama, the ceiling will be draped with white sheer fabric and a sparkling chandelier will be suspended from the center. A sheer white fabric backdrop will be behind Brittany and Malcolm to cover the windows and the stage will be raised.



the cocktail hour COC K TA I L H O U R W I L L OCC U R B E T W E E N T H E WEDDING CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION. Six tables will have silver vases accompanied by a silver mercury glass votives. A lavender rose will be placed in each vase. For the other six tables, we will use small lanterns provided by Noah’s. Each lantern will have a small white pillar candle inside to create a glow.




the wedding reception T H E S W E E T H E A R T TA B L E The sweetheart table will have a mercury vase for the bridal bouquet and a trio of mercury candle holders. The glamorous plum sequin linen will feature the newlyweds and add an air of glamour. We will add table top “Mr.” and “Mrs.” laser-cut signs. Stemmed votives and silver votives will be placed on the table. To add an pop of silver, the couple will dine on Marais Dinner Platinum Charger Plates. A dinner menu will be placed on the charger plate. Silver satin napkins with a bling broach will be used on the sweetheart table. The napkin fold will be based on the menu we select. See images for examples.


the wedding reception T H E B R I DA L PA R T Y TA B L E Two six-foot head tables adorned with plum satin linen will be lined with mirrored boxes and tall white vases of purple tulips, cylinder floating candles, and votives. This will create a clean/modern look. To add an pop of silver, the couple will dine on Marais Dinner Platinum Charger Plates. A dinner menu will be placed on the charger plate. Silver satin napkins with a bling broach will be used on the head table. See images for examples.



FA M I L Y TA B L E S The four designated family tables will have the tall centerpieces and the Marais Dinner Platinum Charger Plates to separate these table from guest tables. Depending on budget, a broach napkin can be added OR a simple rectangular fold as pictured here can be used. The four guest tables closest to the dance floor will have tall, elevated arrangements of blooms in ivory, purple, lavender, vintage pinks and grey greens. Trios of floating candles at the base. These tables will also use the plum satin linen and silver satin napkins.

N E W YO R K T H E M E D TA B L E N U M B E R S To tie in the New York theme, table names/numbers will showcase famous landmarks in NYC. These can be framed or mounted depending on the style you like.


G U E S T TA B L E S Five guest tables will have mercury vases of coordinating blooms on mirrors surrounded by trios of stemmed votives. These tables will also use the plum satin linen and silver satin napkins. These settings will have a simple rectangular fold since there will not be a charger plate. We will place an elegant dinner menu on top of the napkin as pictured. Six guest tables will have a tall cylinder vase of purple tulips surrounded by cylinders of floating candles displayed on mirrors surrounded by mercury votives. These tables will also use the plum satin linen and silver satin napkins . These settings will have a simple rectangular fold since there will not be a charger plate. We will place an elegant dinner menu on top of the napkin as pictured.


the wedding cake / cake pops F O R T H E I R W E D D I N G G U E S T S , B R I T TA N Y A N D MALCOLM WILL HAVE CAKE POPS OF WHITE ON a white tiered stand. There will be a small one-tier cake on top for cutting. The cake pops can also double as wedding favors if preferred.


the lighting THE BALLROOM WILL HAVE PURPLE UPLIGHTING C R E AT E D B Y T H E WA L L S CO N C E S AT N OA H ’ S Event Venue. The ceiling will be elegantly draped in sheet white fabric with a sparkly chandelier in the center (directly under the dance floor). No twinkle lights.
