The white tented side of the patio will be used for the wedding reception and cocktail area and the untented side will be side will be used for the wedding ceremony. Cocktail hour will take place under the tented portion of the patio as well and we will also set up a few tables inside for guests who are sensitive to temperature. Rain Plan: Ceremony will be held under the tented side of the patio and the reception and cocktail hour will be held inside in the Lakeside Room.
bouquets & boutonnieres NADIA’S BOUQUET WILL BE FULL OF TEXTURE, LOTS OF GORGEOUS BLOOMS IN SHADES OF ivory, blush and greens including succulents. The styling will be similar to the two attached inspiration images wrapped in ivory, blush and gold draping satin and finished with pearl pins. The bridesmaid will carry a smaller, tighter bouquet that has complimentary flowers and in a similar color palette. The bridesmaid bouquet will not use as many high-end blooms or succulents. The groom and groomsman boutonnieres will be in mint and blush and use blooms from Nadia’s bouquet.

A floral and greenery covered arch will be the backdrop to Nadia and Keir’s wedding vows. The arch will have full coverage on both sides lots of greens to add texture to wedding flowers, not smooth very loose and organic in style. The aisle will be lined with heavy white/ivory petals to create a romantic effect and pathway for Nadia leading from the doors to the arch. Two vintage doors will be a the rear of the reception. Door entrance to the ceremony space will have two large rustic styled floral arrangements at the base of each door in garden style planters to hide door mechanics. A white muslin runner will be used to accentuate the ceremony aisle.

E AC H O F T H E F O U R H I G H TO P TA B L E S will be dressed with a floor length mint green linen and finished with a gold sequin cuff. The gold sequin will tie into the bridesmaid’s dress. The cuff is to prevent the wind from blowing off of the table linen as well. Four small floral arrangements will be placed on each cocktail table in shades of blush, peach, white and with mint/greenery for a rustic/romantic flair.

AND MRS. sign with a greenery and floral arrangement behind it for contrast. 12-foot extra-wide banquet table will have 12 small arrangements in gold vases mixed with taper candles to give the illusion of a runner of flowers and candle light. 4 small round guest tables will feature gold mercury pedestal bowls with floral arrangements similar to the attached image. The wedding cake will have blush, white and mint cake flowers swagged as pictured below. We will also work in as many gold votives as possible.
TO C R E AT E A R U S T I C C H I C L OO K , W E W I L L USE THE WHITE MICRO LINEN FOR A CRISP springtime look. Each place setting will be adorned with a rustic gold hammered charger plate for added luxe. Mint green (aqua nirvana napkins) will be at each place setting. We will add a sprig of greenery and menu to each place setting for a personalized touch. Each place setting will have a full flatware setting along with a tea and water glass. We can either complete a rectangular fold and drape it under the charger plate or do a pocket fold and place the menu inside the napkin. Gold chivari chairs with white cushions will be used for seating to bring out the gold in the centerpieces, charger plates, and sequin linen.

There will also be gold wood cut letters that read, “Mr & Mrs”. Rustic florals in blush, white, and greens will be placed behind the letters. Gold votive candles will also create a romantic glow on the table.
