The Grand Ballroom features large floor to ceiling windows and art deco inspired chandeliers throughout.
The introduction to Taylor and Mike’s wedding will begin with this elegant white and gold square invitation from Minted. This custom design combines regal script with classic serif fonts to make a statement.
The groom will wear a sleek white calla lily as his boutonniere. The groomsmen will utilize another white flower found in the bridesmaid’s bouquets.

bridesmaid fashion Taylor is going to have a stunning bridal party fashioned in white bridesmaid dresses. This clean all-white palette will give her a modern look and contemporary spin on wearing white on your wedding day!
the bride’s bouquet Taylor will carry an elegant and classic round bouquet of hydrangea, roses, orchids and mini calla wrapped in ivory satin and finished with pearls. We can add a broach to the bouquet if preferred.
the bridesmaids’ bouquets Taylor’s bridesmaids will keep the white color palette consistent by carrying a smaller bouquet of white flowers with a gold wrap.

The second tier will have a gold monogram featuring Taylor and Mike’s initials. The third tier will have a masculine criss-cross pattern. The fourth cake tier will have a smooth finish with the wedding date written in gold Roman numerals. Lastly, the fifth tier will have a luxe rosette pattern. The banquet tables will house the immediate families of both Taylor and Mike and the bridal party will sit at the head table in the front of the room. Taylor and Mike will be nestled between the head tables as their sweetheart table which allows for some privacy and interacting if they so choose. The white dance floor will be placed in the middle of the room for optimal dancing access and the cake will be placed at the end of the dance floor for all guests to see!

This linen has subtle pops of metallic gold and the linen will be elegantly cuffed with a gold Mardi Gras cuff. The foyer table and gift table in the middle of the cocktail space will be dressed in the Parchment colored Mardi Gras linen. Each guest table will be covered with a floor-length, Snow - Mardi Gras table linen. The sweetheart table and cake table with have sparkle by using the Ivory sequin linen to make the cake and the couple standout.
top of the table & seating KEEPING THE BUDGET IN MIND WE WILL USE THE WHITE CHINA, silver flatware and glasses provided by River Landing. However, to take the look up a notch, we will be adding the Marcella salad plate and a rectangular gold Mardi Gras napkin to each place setting. To break up the white, each guest will sit in gold chivari chairs with ivory cushions for an elegant look. These chairs will also be used during the wedding ceremony and moved inside for reception.
the lighting TO COMPLETE THE AMBIANCE, THE WINDOWED WALL OF THE BALLROOM WILL BE draped with the main doors swagged to allow for entry and exit. Uplighting will surround the perimeter of the room to give a swanky feel throughout the evening. Lights can start in a soft golden hue and change colors during the party. Pinspot lights will be placed in the air to highlight the gorgeous tall arrangements in the room.

We will use smaller 8x10 signs in frames for the cards and gift table as well as the guestbook table. We will use one sign to point guests through the ballroom to the veranda for the ceremony. During the cocktail hour, a large 24 x 36 framed seating chart will be placed in the cocktail area on a decorative easel to help guests locate their seats for dinner.
