Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Linkedin are not a social media strategy. They are channels that can help you expand your presence. Consumers are signaling to brands that they want some kind of relationship by either ‘liking’ or ‘following’ them. Although businesses are starting to catch up by being where consumers are, the majority of businesses are still treating these channels as traditional marketing channels bombarding them with sales pitches, ads and overall noise.
