I’M HIM

TRADED UP x MARVEL (GUCCI)

The dam of I’m Him is “Gucci” who was the Champion Hampshire and Grand Overall Pure Gilt at Texas National, Reserve Champion Hampshire Gilt at San Antonio and Champion Hampshire Gilt at Houston. I’m Him is a littermate brother to our Draft entry purchased by Top Cut and out of the same sow as Keep It Real, the $95,000 Champion Hampshire boar from Winter Type that stands at Premium Blend, Blackstone at Top Cut and Cold Chill at Hi Point. I’m Him is an incredible specimen. He represents his dam so similarly through his design, pattern and look, but with the stoutness boars that generate should. His skull, look and forearm transition into a massive blade, HUGE cage and top with a hip shape that would make a steer blush. Really stout boned and incredible on his pasterns. For a boar to have this much stuff and still offer the look and design he does is truly remarkable. Pieces that swing hard without missing makes I’m Him one of if not the best one’s we’ve assembled.

COWABUNGA

FREELANCER x ICE

Cowabunga is our exciting purchase from the Muegge firm at the 2024 Summer Type show. His a-typical front-end assembly is unique for a Hampshire. Tall shouldered and still built right, he has an unreal presence with great toes. Width of chest and shape up high is tremendous and he ties it together with an explosive hip. His dam is a mate sister to Stone Cold ($35k Reserve Hampshire Boar ’23 STC), Meltdown ($20k Hampshire Boar ’23 STC), and the Champion Hampshire Gilt at the 2023 Indiana State Fair. Additionally, buried back on the pedigree is World Class’s littermate sister and Grand Prix’s littermate sister. He is an outlier in terms of look and presence, quickly found a pen at the show and has done nothing but continue to mass and stouten up since he has gotten to our place.

ALL DAY

THE PROGRAM x BUSCH LEAGUE

Ones that are built and bred like this Reserve Jr. Champion from the Indiana State Fair will have a place in Plymouth all day, every day. From a build standpoint this son of the Program is timeless. One that can go all day with comfort and ease. His extension of neck, boldness of build and length of hip is ideal to not only making elite caliber show gilts and barrows, but breeding hogs that will function and prosper. His dam was purchased as the lead off lot from Drake’s production sale and the Drake name is synonymous with hogs that have practicality bred in for generations. The grandmother to Busch League is a gilt we showed at Indy a few years ago that stands third in class to the Champion and Reserve and when you can combine form and function with desirable show ring qualities it’s quintessential to raising great livestock.

CAT NAP

Mate brother to the $91,000 2nd High Selling Gilt (Pictured) at OYE with additional mates capturing these titles — 2nd in Class and 16th Overall Hamp Barrow at OYE (Pictured); Champion Hamp SW District; Champion Hamp SE District; Grand Overall Choctaw County, OK; Grand Overall Marshall County, OK; Reserve Grand Overall Caddo County, OK; Reserve Hamp SE OK Regional in Coalgate; Class Winner and 7th Overall Division 2 at COBA. The pieces this boar combines are extraordinary!! Length of front, elevation at the top side of his blade, angle to his shoulder, stoutness of skull and overall look up front are crazy good. Proper length of body that fits a long hip and front third. Square made with strong even toes and a wide hip set!! When I drove to Randy’s and saw the dam and grandmother it cemented my mindset that we want pigs that look like this and from a litter like that his potency to create better ones is an absolute.

WILD SIDE x AVENGER

Incredibly wild looking with the monster back and stout legs it takes to win big shows. Wild Thing has cocky little ears and a stout skull with a big chest and awesome shape and spread up high. His advantage in both length and width to his hip allows for a powerful stride that’s square and true to the ground. He has great toes and is dammed by a very impressive first litter female that happens to be our favorite sister to our old herd sire DFD. He’ll see plenty of sows here!

DENNIS THE

MENNACE

BUCKLE UP x NEVER BEFORE x UNDISPUTED

The dam of DTM is a full sib to the Grand Champion Gilt at the 2019 Arizona National and the grandma was the 2018 California State Fair Grand Overall Gilt bred by Cobb. He offers homerun hitting pieces with his slick look up front and the absolute biggest legs on a sale sized pig I’ve ever seen. He has enough fuzz on his legs to make your mom blush with square toes and strong pasterns. Dennis the Mennace is a big hipped hog that combines a killer look and pattern with man sized bones to move you into the 1 hole.

STATEMENT DAY x HAMMER

Olsen’s class winning Duroc boar from Belton!! Streamlined in his wild look up front, Hammer Time has a stout boar head with tremendous length of neck and height of shoulder. He’s long about his hip and great in the way he angles and flexes out of his hock with picture perfect angles to his shoulder, knee and pastern. His bold width of chest and squareness underneath is emulated going away and up high with a deep groove down his top and square loin edge. He’s gotten only better since Belton and he’s sure to make an impact!!

No question the best red boar we’ve housed, consequently, named after the best QB in the game. This RESERVE CHAMPION DUROC BOAR from the Summer Type Show in Des Moines was a logical one to fit our program and we couldn’t be more excited to have him residing here in Plymouth. The ability to get red barrows with this build, look and mass in one shot is electrifying. His center rib width is positively uncommon, and with a neck and head carriage that is unparalleled relative to his conservative length of body. His ability to get out and strut across the grass is remarkable to see. Couple that with an impressive litter including a $13,000 littermate brother bought in Des Moines and a pair of sisters that Bryan turned down $7,500 for offers peace of mind that he’ll breed true. Quite the specimen in our minds and a good one regardless of breed!!

$175 PRE-ORDER $125 OVERRUN E.N. 17-3

His length of front, flexibility of skeleton and basic build from the side culminates to an incredible profile. He takes a big, long easy step off both ends. A relentless rear leg and hind quarter from every angle. Cyclone is deceivingly wide underneath and square from the ground to his chest cavity and sets down on a huge hind leg which makes the added flexibility that much more endearing. Cyclone’s dam (Pictured) was the 5TH OVERALL NJSA Gilt at Springfield in 2022 and has been a pig raising fool in her tenure thus far having 14-15 pigs per litter and raising them; including the Reserve Champion Yorkshire Gilt at AK-SAR-BEN (Pictured) in her gilt litter! The hog world needs more built like this without sacrificing winning in the ring or the crate.
