GAT Expo: A brilliant reunion full of magic GAT Expo 2021 returned to Bogotá and did so in a revamped format that was the perfect setting for the long-awaited reunion of gaming industry professionals. For 2022, NOVOMATIC as a premium sponsor of the event in Cartagena prepares a special booth concept with new gaming highlights for the region.
2021: GAT Revival in Bogota On 21 October 2021 a new event format arrived in Bogotá. Providing the setting for the GAT Expo, the renowned Sheraton Bogotá Hotel opened its doors to welcome hundreds of entrepreneurs and gaming partners. NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia was there and shone under the slogan ‘ e Magic is Back’. e team of the Austrian Group’s local subsidiary enjoyed the day in the company of customers, partners and colleagues. Snacks and drinks came and went along the stand, crowning a meeting place full of anecdotes, laughter and a great feeling of gratitude for sharing again. GAT Expo was also a great opportunity to showcase NOVOMATIC’s latest products.

We are back, the personal meeting is back... e magic is back in the industry, said Monica Serrato, Sales Coordinator at NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia. NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia also took advantage of the event to showcase the new tool www.novomaticclub.com – a web application developed especially for Colombian operators. e aim of this tool is to deliver more value to customers through video tutorials, masterclasses, downloads of updates, technical information and NOVOMATIC product data. e casino sta will be able to register and access a wide variety of content that will make working with NOVOMATIC products easier and even more enjoyable. Users will also be able to nd company news, recent installations and meet the team. NOVOMATIC Club is originally a technical tool, but we will be developing it to expand its content to other areas. Our intention is that all opera tors in Colombia can access the information, to improve the scope of our technical support and thus to make the NOVOMATIC brand even more accessible, explained Rubén Camacho, technical coordinator. GAT Expo transformed its traditional style for a lighter and fresher one; an initiative that had a more than positive response from suppliers and operators gave a renewed air to the industry: one single day, reduced stands – not exceeding 50 sqm – and all the attention on the importance of inter personal relationships and networking.
2022: New GAT format maintained In Marzo 2022, a new edition of GAT Expo Cartagena is approaching and at booth N18, the NOVOMATIC Lounge will welcome executives of the gaming industry. e show will take place on March 16 and 17 at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center, a venue certied according to the Safe Guard Health and Safety protocols of the Bureau Veritas International.
