To maximize Logistics and ensure Quality of Poles for Processing, Consolidation Zones might have to be appointed so farmers know where to unload their Bamboo Poles. Skills training must also be available so team can properly QA/QC Poles. This can be a Co-Op/ Barangay Center or NGO.

The first 12 meters of the bamboo poles can be used for structural elements for the bamboo construction. Bamboo of 5 to 7m length are commonly used in order to optimize price and logistic and to keep a similar diameter between the base and the top of the bamboo pole.

For 2D curved beams, rafters and flooring or decoration, bamboo splits offers an adapted and aesthetic solution. Depending on the element and rendering, the splits would be from different length, thickness and can be proposed with the bamboo skin or without.

In order to realize 3D curved structures, bamboo lidi made out of bamboo strips connected together in bundles are used, integrating additional bamboo splits inside the beam for additional stiffness and allow a better connection with main beams and columns.
