Dear Customer, The past 6 months have certainly been the most challenging in our 45 year history. However, sometimes a challenge can bring out the best in us. To this extent, we have been blessed: by loyal customers; by experienced sales representatives; by talented staff; and by supportive suppliers overseas. The challenges continue, but by working innovatively and collaboratively, we can overcome the current consumer malaise. We need to present the consumer with a reason to shop. Fortunately our 2010 Collection has come to the rescue! Please check out our â&#x20AC;&#x153;Merchandising Solutionsâ&#x20AC;? on pages 148-169 to get a taste. Also note that this 2010 Collection will be available throughout 2010, so please do not discard this catalog after the end of Summer 2010. In the interests of cost-saving and reduced paper usage, we will be publishing a Fall 2010 Supplement to be used in conjunction with this catalog, rather than an entirely new Fall 2010 Catalog. Benefits The key benefits of Microfiber are it’s suction power and absorbency. The cloth can absorb more than four times its own weight and it’s suction force is so great that even the tiniest bacteria are absorbed and trapped in the cloth, thus reducing the need for cleansing materials. Less dependence on cleaning chemicals is better for the environment. Microfiber cloths are highly durable and reusable.

KITCHEN TOWELS

Microfiber fabric is used to make a variety of cleaning implements such as cloths, buffers and mops. Microfiber cloths have long been used by jewellers, opticians and photographers, who appreciate the fabric’s incredible cleansing power. Microfiber thread is extremely fine and woven into thousands of loops, creating a huge surface area with which to trap bacteria, dust, dirt and grease.

How Microfiber Cleans Microfiber works in two ways: When the fabric is dry it cleans by static electricity and when wet it cleans by capillary force. As both static and capillary forces pull with such great power, Microfiber products are extremely effective at removing dirt, dust, stains and bacteria. Microfiber cloths are so effective at removing foreign particles from surfaces that the need for cleaning chemicals is greatly reduced. How To Use Microfiber Cloths Dry Microfiber cloths are ideal for dusting. Wet cloths lend themselves better to cleaning. To wet a surface for cleaning, use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist of water. Microfiber cloths suck up and hold onto all foreign material until they are laundered. You may also try using two Microfiber cloths for one cleaning job: use one dry cloth to dust and then use a second wet cloth to polish the freshly dusted surface. How to care for Microfiber Cloths Microfiber cloths are reusable and machine washable. Cloths should be washed regularly at 90°C. One third of normal washing powder is required. Be sure not to use fabric softener or bleach when washing, as this will impair the effectiveness of the cloth. Microfiber cloths are sturdy enough to endure 300-400 machine washes.
