Let’s Dance from A to Z A is for Acro: and you're going to need acrobatic skills; B is for Boogie-Woogie: move your head to feel the thrills.
I is for Israeli Folk: the line of dancers, facing each other, forms a circle; J is for Jive: lift your knees, rock your hips, but don't twist your ankle!
C is for Conga: once you're in the line, count to three and hump; D is for Disco: strut like Travolta, raise your arm, and jump
K is for Kizomba: a smooth dance to bob up and down; L is for Lambada: arch your legs and turn around.
E is for Electro: put your hips, knees and feet through the floor; F is for Foxtrot: flowing movements of elegance to adore.
M is for Moonwalk: walk forward while being pulled backwards; N is for Nama: it's like stepping on bugs but moving sidewards.
G is for Grizzly Bear: bend yourself from one side to the other; H is for Hula: wave your arms with your friend, sister or brother.
O is for Odissi: you must stamp and pose as a sculpture; P is for Polka: mastering this dance's an adventure. Q is for Quickstep: rapid steps like galloping a horse; R is for Rock: lifts, flips and kicks ... into the air, of course! S is for Salsa: you must spin around and shake your hips T is for Tango: embrace your partner and twist your legs. Don't trip! U is for Upa Upa: girls move their bellies and boys shake their knees V is for Vogue: form hieroglyphs with arms and legs ... then freeze! W is for Waltz: slide in circles through wide steps until feel dizzy; X is for Xibelani: learning to shake your waist will keep you busy. Y is for YMCA: sing the song moving your arms to form the four letters; Z is for Zapateado: strike the floor but wear your shoes; it's better! Let's dance the dances of the world and bridge all the cultures and with all of our pasts, let's build a new future.

Champions Author Unknown
Champions risk what others dare not Dream what others think impossible Do what others say can’t be done. Patience is a man’s greatest virtue, or so the saying goes. A gymnast must have said it, for a gymnast surely knows! That in this funny sport of ours, discouragement runs high. And even the very best will find this virtue has passed us by. When hands are ripped and throbbing, when every muscle’s sore, will a gymnast still have patience to limp in the gym for more? When you’ve lost old moves and progress seems slow, will you still have faith in better days, and not feel sad and low? Can you admit your frightened, yet not give in to fear? Can you conquer pain and frustration and often even tears? When someone else does something, you’ve tried so long to do... can you still be happy for her, or just self-pity for you? And when success seems far away, your efforts all in vain, can you force yourself to wear a smile and disregard the pain? If despite the pain and tribulations, you can say “I won’t give in” Maybe someday you’ll discover that its now your time to win!
