Jeff Fenner, B Communications, Mentor, OH

Dr. Claudia Husseneder, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA

With spring showers, come May flowers and weeds too! The same can be said of social media and other digital marketing tools. These tools can result in expanded brand exposure and sales for your company, but there is a potential downside as well. How do you work to avoid having this happen to you? In this session you’ll learn how to keep your company’s brand integrity intact with practical advice and tips you can use immediately.
