Big Bend Habitat for Humanity builds affordable single-family homes for low-to-moderate income families. Since 1982 we have built more than 235 houses in Leon and Gadsden Counties. BBHH develops raw land and infill lots, constructs new houses and communities, We finance our homebuyers with a zero % interest mortgage and transforms lives through homeownership. BBHH leads partner families to homebuyer readiness through one-on-one credit counseling and financial literacy workshops. In addition to meeting income eligibility guidelines, our prospective homeowners complete 400 sweat equity hours. We build homes for our families with partners like “You”.
