Sault Ste. Marie:

The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board totaled 175 units in June 2023. Active listings were 9.4% below the five-year average and 48.6% below the 10-year average for the month of June.

Simcoe County:

The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Simcoe & District Real Estate Board totaled 109 units in July 2023. Active listings were 24.9% above the five-year average and 1.5% above the 10-year average for the month of July.

Barrie:

The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® totaled 327 units in July 2023. New listings were 5.7% below the five-year average and 0.5% above the 10-year average for the month of July.
