NRB DEBATE

Sponsored by

WEDNESDAY 16 MARCH 2016

Welcome to the sixteenth annual Northern Restaurant & Bar. If our exhibition were a human it would now be old enough to get married, join the army, or even ride a moped! Instead NRB’s coming of age means it is absolutely established as the largest and most prestigious hospitality industry event in the North, providing the premier opportunity for leading operators, suppliers and commentators to meet, speak and do business.

This year the NRB Debate will be headlined by Jay Rayner, arguably one of the most powerful figures in food journalism, who will be typically forthright on contemporary hospitality trends and issues. The NRB Debate will also include a discussion on how the booming culture of ‘food entrepreneurism’ has changed the landscape of the hospitality industry. Tickets available now £55+VAT nrbdebate.com

From Liverpool to Leeds, the North East to North Wales, and the Lake District to the Peak District, NRB brings the cream of the hospitality industry to Manchester. This year, alongside our talks and demos, star names, record-breaking exhibitor numbers and the NRB Debate and the NRB Top Fifty, we have even more new features to ensure our event keeps pace with the needs and expectations of a resurgent hospitality scene.

The fifth NRB Top Fifty Awards, in association with Kuits Solicitors, will be announced in a special reception at the exhibition. The awards celebrate the fifty top hospitality operators in the North and three outstanding achievement award winners will be crowned. nrbtopfifty.co.uk

This pioneering event brings together a handpicked selection of the North’s hospitality entrepreneurs and some of the UK’s leading Non Exec Directors (NEDs). Expect a relaxed but professional discussion of the best way to build your business, your profits, and how to finance your ambitions by enhancing your board.
