May 30, 2013 Naples E-3 Sailors May Need to Retest for Navywide E-4 Exam Navywide E-4 advancement exams completed by Naples-area E-3 personnel in March have not yet been received or processed by Naval Education and Training Professional Development and Technology Center in Pensacola, Fla. PSD Naples has received confirmation that the tests reached the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Origin Sort Facility in Jersey City, N.J.
