Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Stand Down All U.S. military personnel are required to attend one SAPR stand down training session by July 1. NSA Naples is holding training at the dates and times listed below. Seating priority will be given to NSA military, however all are encouraged to attend. Maximum session size is 50 personnel, please plan accordingly and arrive early to ensure attendance. Tuesday, June 25, Capo Chapel, 1300-1500 Wednesday, June 26, Capo Chapel, 1300-1500 Thursday June 27, Capo Theater, 0900-1100 Friday, June 28, Capo Chapel 0900-1100 Friday June 28, Capo Fellowship Hall, 1300-1500 All Dependent Children Over 10 Must Have ID Card for AMC Travel Due to recent confusion in CONUS regarding dependent children traveling on AMC flights, PSD is issuing a reminder to all military personnel. All individuals over 10 must have their dependent identification card in their possession as per AMC instruction for AMC flights. Please plan accordingly, and contact Lt.Cmdr. Hoffman at 626-5787 for further information. Place Special Commissary Orders for July 4 Now The Commissary is now accepting special orders for large quantities of meat products for July 4. As many cookouts, barbecues and parties are anticipated in the area, plan ahead and contact them early at 081-811-4871 or DSN: 629-4871. Gold Star Families Designated Parking Spaces Now Available Surviving families of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines are known as Gold Star Families (GSF). Four designated parking space for GSF will be available in Gricignano at the Fleet and Family Service Center, Village Forum, the Naples Commissary, the Navy Exchange, and the US Navy Hospital. One designated parking space for GSF will be available on the ground floor of the East Parking garage at Capo. Reminder: Plan for Reduced Pet Care from Support Site Vet in July The Naples Veterinary Treatment Facility (VTF) anticipates a reduction in access to care starting in July, due a staffing shortage. VTF hours of operation will remain 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, appointments and availabilities for surgical procedures will be more limited. Pet owners are asked to please plan accordingly. The VTF has a list of contacts for local care to assist community members who are unable obtain access to care from the Support Site clinic as quickly as needed.
