Debit Cards No Longer Accepted at Vodafone In April of 2013 the Navy Exchange Vodafone shop on base started experiencing issues with debit cards from various banks used by our patrons for voice and data contracts. Debit cards were accepted as a down payment and contracts were initiated. They were also used by Vodafone to charge our patrons on a monthly basis. Due to an increasing number of delinquent accounts, Vodafone management decided to cancel their accounts. In order to avoid future inconvenience to our patrons, debit cards will no longer be accepted, until further notice, at Vodafone shops at Capodichino and Support Site. Credit Cards are fine. Please see a Vodafone representative on base for more details. Luggage Carts Must Be Returned to Cart Rack Outside of Capo Front Gate Luggage carts are currently not being returned to the proper place outside the Capo front gate. These luggage carts are provided as a courtesy by the Capodichino Airport, but have been ending up all over base, in the parking garages, workspaces, and some have been claimed for official business. The cart rack outside the Capo front gate was put in specifically for U.S. service members to return the carts. Please contact Chief Avery with questions at 626-6894 or 081-568-6894. Reminder: Claiming Lost and Found Items The Command Investigation Division has multiple items in their lost and found that have not been claimed. If you have missing items, please send an email to FCT.NA.NSA.LostAndFound@eu.navy.mil with a detailed description of the missing item (i.e. serial numbers of items missing, identifiable marks, color, etc.) and your contact information. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Reminder: Navy Shuttle Bus Courtesy Rules Passengers are reminded that common courtesy applies when riding the Navy shuttle bus. Head phones should not be loud. All large bags and backpacks should be stored below the bus to ensure all available seats are available to passengers. Please be brief and quiet when on cell phones. Please do not recline seats. Please wait in line to enter the bus unless you have an authorized bus pass. Please contact the Public Works Department at shuttlebusnaples@eu.navy.mil with any questions or concerns. New Email for CID Crime Tips The Command Investigation Division has established an email account specifically for crime tips and would like to ask for help from the Naples community. If you see anything suspicious or anything out of the ordinary that concerns you, please send us an email. From global, type the word ‘crime’ and the email address will appear. From any private email, send the message to FCT.NA.NSA_Crime-TipsNSANAPLES@eu.navy.mil. Please state if you wish to remain anonymous or if CID
