December 12, 2013 CNIC-Directed Facility Service Reductions Beginning in January, CNIC facility reductions will impact installation janitorial and grounds keeping services. These are CNO-approved service level reductions. For NSA Naples, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning of all spaces will be impacted. Deskside waste and recycling pick-up in administrative and operational areas will no longer be performed. This will require personnel to dispose of waste in central collection points. Restroom cleaning frequency will also be reduced. Reimbursable tenants are not impacted at this time. Additional details will be distributed when available through leadership and in future PAO Notes. Holiday Email Scam Alert Scammers are taking advantage of the holiday shopping season with fake email shipping notifications that pose as FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service. An email will appear in your inbox that looks like tracking information for a package, but when opened will download a virus. Typically, these viruses phish for personal and banking information on your machine. This season, don't let these scams fool you into opening a virus on your computer. Sojourner’s Permits Required for Holiday Travel Reminder from RLSO: check your sojourner permit to ensure that it is still valid for holiday travel. If not, come to Region Legal Service Office, Legal Assistance Department, at Capodichino on the 1st floor of Admin II. Legal Assistance must be notified at least one full week prior to anticipated travel in order to facilitate the process of providing you with a sojourner permit or a receipt that will allow your re-entry into Italy. Please contact Legal Assistance with any questions at 081-568-4576. AFN 360 Naples Radio Available Online Community members can now listen to AFN Naples broadcasts online.
