December 26, 2013 CNIC-Directed Facility Service Reductions Beginning in January, CNIC facility reductions will impact installation janitorial and grounds keeping services. These are CNO-approved service level reductions. For NSA Naples, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning of all spaces will be impacted. Deskside waste and recycling pick-up in administrative and operational areas will no longer be performed. This will require personnel to dispose of waste in central collection points. Restroom cleaning frequency will also be reduced. Reimbursable tenants are not impacted at this time. Additional details will be distributed when available through leadership and in future PAO Notes. Upcoming Changes to Euro Bill Payments The European Union will convert to Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) format for payment processing Feb. 1, 2014. SEPA will standardize payment processing in Europe and allow customers to make payments to all SEPA participating countries. Payments will require an International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Business Identifier Code
(BIC) for the payee. The payment cannot be executed without the IBAN and BIC for the payee. All Community members that send Euro electronic transfers for rent or bills will be impacted by this change.
