Charges against two Richmond men who had been accused of interfering with a dead body in connection with a North Vancouver homicide have been dropped.
The two were among four men who were arrested by police officers who converged on Wellington Drive in North Vancouver around 3 a.m. Sept. 29 in response to an investigation involving several jurisdictions across the Lower Mainland. On Thursday, charges were stayed against Dyllan James Green, 20, and Jacob Michael Gorelik, 18, in North Vancouver provincial court. Crown counsel Jeremy Hermanson said outside the court there was insufficient evidence to proceed with the charges against the two men,
