中華民國退休基金協會 簡介

中華民國退休基金協會於民國 88 年 6 月 29 日成立,是非營利的社會團體。以促進退休基金之發展與交流合

作為宗旨。會員包括臺灣四大政府基金 ( 勞工退休基金、勞工保險基金、公務人員退撫基金及私校退撫儲金、 郵政儲金 ) 政府相關單位、學者專家、投信投顧業者、國內外資產管理公司及保險業者等。本協會主要任務

為優化退休制度與基金管理,提供退休金制度與基金管理改革建議,增進退休金相關學術研究,鼓勵退休基 金管理經驗交流,並舉辦學術研討會、實務座談會及國際交流活動,以加強產官學界之溝通與合作,以健全 退休制度規劃,提升退休基金管理績效。現任理事長王儷玲女士,為國立政治大學商學院副院長暨風險管理 及保險學系專任教授,於民國 100 年 6 月接任,規劃未來三項重要工作為提升退休基金投資績效與委外投資 機制、建立確定提撥制員工自選機制與投資平台、推廣退休理財教育與保障規劃。本協會設立三個委員會: 公關暨活動委員會、教育推廣委員會、研究發展委員會,以執行以上三項重要工作。此外,協會依極力發展 之重要工作設立三個白皮書工作小組,並延聘專家學者顧問團隊,負責研擬白皮書的工作方向與架構,積極 推動協會各項業務,期能共創產業、政府、社會大眾三贏的重大使命。 本協會自民國 91 年開始參與全國性社會暨職業團體工作評鑑,並曾在民國 91、92、93、98、100 年度由內

政部評鑑為甲等團體(全國性的社會團體自民國 93 年度起改為每兩年評鑑一次)。

推展退休教育 目標涵括所有族群 協會自成立以來,即以作為台灣社會「老有所養」的好推手為目標,希望用心做好這個專業、中立的退休專 家角色,將台灣所有職業類別的族群納入考量,並積極推動退休基金相關政策,希望建立完善無死角的社會 安全網路。 退休基金協會的主要業務如下: • 促進健全的退休法制與市場:輔助政府法令推動角色、推動退休金制度改革。

指揮 conductor

張尹芳 Yin-Fang Chang 國立台北藝術大學碩士。先後從楊仁傑、徐頌仁以及陳秋盛教 授學習指揮。曾任職高雄市青少年交響樂團與台大杏林室內樂 團等。2006 年獲聘為助理指揮,指揮 NSO【永遠的童話】、【實 驗音場】及【音樂學苑】系列演出,如《古典動物園》、《皮 爾金—昆蟲的異想世界》、 《鼠際大戰》、 《古典音樂 72 變》、 《交響奧林匹克》、《音樂航海王》、《大兵的故事》、《畫 黑豆豆的人》等,均獲好評。求學期間除獨奏表現優異以外, 亦致力於室內樂及樂團演出,曾多次參與個人獨奏及室內樂比 賽獲獎,更數次參加亞洲青少年管弦樂團、台北愛樂管弦樂團 等演出,樂團經驗豐富。 Chang is a talented conductor of young generation in Taiwan. Graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts

in 2004 with Bachelor's degree in the viola and Master of Fine Arts degree in orchestral conducting. She learned conducting from Sung- Jen Hsu and Felix Chiu-Sen Chen. Since 2006, Chang has been the Assistant Conductor of

the NSO. She has led works within the "NSO Forever Tales" series including Carnival of Animals, Peer Gynt in

Wonderland, The Mice War, The Soldier's Tale and Putting Dots In Place. She has been appeared as a conductor with the Kaohsiung Youth Orchestra and Hsing-Lin Chamber Orchestra of National Taiwan University College of Medicine,

and received lots of recognition.

伊古德斯曼 & 朱鉉基 阿雷格西.伊古德斯曼與朱鉉基這兩位古典音樂家,用他們特有、詼諧的戲劇表演方式,將古典樂及流行文 化與喜劇結合,因此在全球迅速竄紅。他們放在 YouTube 上面的影片已經有超過 2,800 萬人次點閱,這對雙 人組合受邀至多國參與電視演出。無論是在古典音樂廳,或是在湧入 18,000 人的體育館中,他們都能自在的 演出,其共同願景就是要讓古典音樂受到更多年輕樂迷的喜愛。 伊古德斯曼與朱鉉基在 12 歲時因為就讀英國的曼紐因音樂學校而相識,之後就一直是好友兼創作夥伴。2004 年時,他們追隨了維托.埔柱與達德利.摩爾等優秀前輩的腳步,創作了他們第一齣原創表演《小惡夢音樂》。 從此之後,他們便開始以雙人組或獨奏家的角色,在世界各地的大型舞台與音樂節,參與室內樂團與交響樂 團的演出。 許多古典樂界的大師都參與過他們的音樂喜劇演出,例如艾曼紐.艾克斯、約夏.貝爾、吉妮.楊森、基東. 克雷默、米夏.麥斯基、穆洛娃與朱利安.拉赫林。 伊古德斯曼與朱鉉基也與約翰.馬可維奇與及演出龐德 的羅傑.摩爾等演員多次合作,以協助聯合國兒童基金會。 伊古德斯曼個人曾與多位音樂家合作,例如獲得奧斯卡獎的好萊塢作曲家漢斯.季默,以及多次獲得葛萊美 獎肯定的歌手巴比.麥菲林。至於朱鉉基則曾與獲得奧斯卡獎的作曲家范吉利斯合作,另外,名列搖滾名人 堂的比利喬還邀請他為自己的古典作品編曲,並錄製唱片,發行後曾登上美國告示牌的榜首。 伊古德斯曼與朱鉉基也參與多部電影演出,包括他們自己的「偽紀錄片」—《古典樂二三事》。 除了巡演《小惡夢音樂》之外,他們也與交響樂團合作演出《大惡夢音樂》,並在世界各地的大學與音樂學 院帶領工作坊《8 到 88 歲—全齡兒童的音樂教育》,以鼓勵學生,讓他們有自信踏上屬於自己的全新音樂道路。

IGUDESMAN & JOO Aleksey Igudesman and Hyung-ki Joo are two classical musicians who have taken the world by storm with their unique and hilarious theatrical shows, which combine comedy with classical music and popular culture. Their clips on YouTube, to date, have gathered over 28 million hits, and the duo has appeared on television in numerous countries. Equally comfortable performing in classical concert halls, as well as in stadiums in front of crowds of 18,000, their collective dream is to make classical music accessible to a wider and younger audience. Aleksey and Hyung-ki met at the age of twelve, at the Yehudi Menuhin School, in England, and since then, have remained strong friends and writing partners. In 2004, following in the footsteps of luminaries such as Victor Borge and Dudley Moore, they created their first groundbreaking show, A Little Nightmare Music. Since then, they have performed as a duo, and as soloists, with chamber and symphony orchestras at many of the world's biggest stages and festivals.

Many of classical music's biggest names, such as Emanuel Ax, Joshua Bell, Janine Jansen, Gidon Kremer, Mischa Maisky, Viktoria Mullova, and Julian Rachlin, have joined them in their musical sketches. Aleksey and Hyung-ki have also teamed up with actors, such as John Malkovich, and former James Bond, Sir Roger Moore, on several occasions in aid of UNICEF. Individually, Aleksey Igudesman has worked with musicians ranging from Academy速 Award-winning Hollywood

composer, Hans Zimmer, to multi Grammy® Award-winning vocalist, Bobby McFerrin. Hyung-ki Joo, has worked with Academy® Award-winning composer, Vangelis, and was chosen by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Billy Joel, to arrange and record Joel's classical compositions on a CD, which reached no.1 on the Billboard Charts. Igudesman & Joo can be seen in several films, including their own "Mockumentary", Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Classical Music. Besides touring A Little Nightmare Music, they also perform BIG Nightmare Music, with symphony orchestras, and lead their workshop 8 To 88 - Musical Education for Children of All Ages at universities and music schools around the world, leaving students inspired and confident to break new grounds for their own musical journeys.

Aleksey Igudesman was born in Leningrad at a very young age. He has never won any competitions, mainly because

he has never entered any. During his studies at the prestigious Yehudi Menuhin School, he read the entire plays of

Bernhard Shaw, Oscar Wilde, and Anton Chekhov, which didn't improve his violin playing, but made him feel foolishly somewhat superior to other less intellectually endowed, yet harder practising, colleagues.

After studying with Boris Kuschnir at the Vienna Conservatoire and being told many times by many people that they

were rather worried about his future, he embarked on a successful career playing, composing, and arranging for his

string trio, Triology, recording several CD's for BMG, working in Hollywood with Academy Award® winner Hans Zimmer, and performing with Bobby McFerrin, Julian Rachlin, Janine Jansen, Roger Moore and other people who are

less famous, but just as great.

Aleksey Igudesman writes a lot of music. Often he goes to bed writing and gets up writing. He sometimes feels a little

insecure about his music, although it is published by Universal Edition, and tries to compensate for it by being rather extrovert. In fact, his psychiatrist tells him that he is insecure about a lot of things. Aleksey is not so sure about that.

Back at school he met his "IGUDESMAN & JOO" partner, Hyung-ki Joo. After a few initial small differences, resulting in several people holding them both back from smashing chairs and music stands on each other's heads, Joo

offered Igudesman some fish and chips, which he simply could not refuse. This in turn led to collaboration over many

years, which culminated in the creation of A Little Nightmare Music, a show they tour together making people laugh.

After Gidon Kremer heard them several times, he wanted to join in the fun, so to speak. After a while Viktoria Mullova,

Emanuel Ax, Martin Fröst, Felicity Lott and several other flash musicians also felt like a good laugh, but this is a story for another day...

朱鉉基 Hyung-ki Joo 朱鉉基來到人世。他是英國人,但看起來像韓國人;換個角度 看,是韓國人,看起來卻像英國人;或兩者皆成立。他在襁褓 時期首度展現出喜劇本能,不久之後便顯露出對音樂的愛好。 他的父母發現他流連唱片行數小時,傾聽從莫札特到比吉斯合 唱團的音樂(儘管比吉斯合唱團和莫札特很不同,朱的父母仍 發現他竟能以白瑞.吉布的風格演唱《唐.喬望尼》。) © Julia Wesely

擔心自己程度太差,會被退學。事實上,他倒沒被退學,而是被老師及同學們踢來踢去,沒有老師想教他, 也沒有同學想和他同組,像是阿雷克西.伊古德斯曼。這些痛苦的經驗讓朱鉉基發展出他稱之為「空手道鋼 琴」的全新演奏方式。儘管他的校園生活困頓,卻加深他對音樂的熱愛;同時,他也瞭解到古典音樂世界與 音樂精髓不太相關,於是他開始構想如何將古典音樂帶給更多的新聽眾─他在近期推出的《小惡夢音樂》中 終於實現夢想。 朱鉉基的英文名字為 Richard,可是大家都叫他 Dick,而且他的姓氏發音 Joo 經常有人聽錯,以為他是猶太

裔(Jew),使他成為全世界獨一無二的韓國猶太人。朱鉉基有一雙小手 ( 但只有手小 ),因此演奏某些鋼琴 作品對他來說是有著相當的困難度,例如演奏擁有一雙大手的作曲家拉赫瑪尼諾夫的音樂。雖然如此,他還 是很樂於演奏室內樂、獨奏會、協奏曲、自己的創作作品以及任何包括鋼琴演奏的音樂。 除了表演、作曲、笑、以善變的速度刷牙,以及和他的老友以及二重奏夥伴阿雷克西.伊古德斯曼創作喜劇 外,理查對於教學的熱情讓他發展出一個具有個人風格的工作坊,名為「音樂家內外在的 *****」,其目的 為鼓勵年輕音樂家以不同的觀點來體驗音樂家的音樂與生活。

Hyung-ki Joo was born. He is British, but looks Korean, or the other way around, or both. He showed his first signs of a

sense of comedy whilst nappy-changing and shortly thereafter, showed his love for music when his parents would find

him at the record store listening for hours to everything from Mozart to Bee Gees. (Although the two are never to be confused, Hyung-ki is often heard singing Don Giovanni in the style of Barry Gibb).

He started piano lessons at the age of eight and a half and two years later won a place at the Yehudi Menuhin School.

There, he discovered that he was among geniuses and child prodi-gies and was convinced he would be kicked out

of school, year after year. In fact, he was not kicked "out" but kicked "around" by teachers and fellow students, such

as Aleksey Igudesman. After these painful experiences, Joo invented a new type of piano playing known as "Karate

Piano". No matter how difficult his years at the school may have been, it only strengthened his love of music, and he

also realised that the world of classical music had little to do with the spirit in which the music was created and began dreaming of a way to bring this great music to a wider and newer audience– a dream which has recently been realised

through his show: A Little Nightmare Music.

Hyung-ki, spelt R-I-C-H-A-R-D, and pronounced "Dick", is the only Korean Jew, (spelt J-O-O) in the world. Hyung-

ki has small hands, (but only hands small), and therefore finds some piano repertoire quite difficult to play, such as the

music of Rachmaninov, who had Big Hands. Anyway, even with this small hindrance, he happily performs chamber

music, recitals, concertos, his own compositions, and anything else that includes a piano part.

Besides performing, composing, laughing, brushing his

teeth at mercurial speed, and writing comedy with his long time friend and duo partner, Aleksey Igudesman,

Joo's passion for teaching has led him to develop a

personal style of workshop, entitled The Inner and Outer ***** for a Musician, which aims to encourage

and inspire young musicians to experience music and life as a musician, from different perspectives.

交響樂團在每個國家有不同的形成背景,在沒有西方管絃樂傳統的台灣,過去樂團都以文化教育體系營運。 經過二十多年耕耘,我們可以驕傲的說,國家交響樂團(NSO),從交響樂、室內樂到歌劇,是一自信、精銳, 有文化意識的台灣藝術代表團隊。 國家交響樂團的前身「聯合實驗管弦樂團」,是教育部於 1986 年集合優秀新生代音樂家,以打造頂尖交響 樂團為目標所成立。2005 年成為國立中正文化中心附設團隊,以「台灣愛樂」立足國際。歷任常任指揮為 Gerad Akoka、Urs Schneider 及音樂總監包括許常惠、張大勝、林望傑、簡文彬等人。近十年來 NSO 銳意求變, 大步朝專業、開放、勇於創新的職業樂團發展,2010 年 8 月,旅德知名指揮呂紹嘉接任 NSO 音樂總監,更 將樂團打造為亞洲地區最具指標性樂團之一。 樂團現有 96 名團員,每年樂季演出約 70 場次。在前任總監簡文彬任內(2001 ∼ 2007)以演出作曲家全套 交響樂的「發現系列」為系統拓展曲目,更以歌劇、「永遠的童話」等跨界製作與國內外劇場菁英合作, 開創多項國內先例。2006 年全本《尼貝龍指環》製作,更寫下亞洲歌劇演出里程碑。2008 ∼ 2010 樂季,樂 團由前底特律及多倫多交響樂團音樂總監赫比希(Günther Herbig)擔任藝術顧問暨首席客座指揮,持續為 NSO 訓練出堅實的演奏實力與動人音樂性;其任內之駐團作曲家及「NSO Call For Score」計畫,提供國人作 品更多發表空間,並進一步提升 NSO 的國際樂壇聲望。 在現任音樂總監呂紹嘉擘劃下,NSO 循著既有基礎,以多元化的主題貫穿樂季,呈現給聽眾智性與感性兼具, 整合與對比並存的廣博曲目,本著「精緻、深刻、悸動」的信念琢磨出樂團多變細膩的音色與深刻撼人的音 樂表現。不僅積極拓展 NSO 演奏近代管絃樂作品的能力,從新維也納樂派、二十世紀法國到俄國近代皆有 斐然成績,同時並致力於鞏固精鍊古典經典名作,也持續推動國人管弦樂創作之演出、錄音。 20 多年來與 NSO 合作過的客席指揮家:馬捷爾、巴夏、潘德瑞茨基、史拉特金、羅斯楚波維奇、柯米希奧納、 羅許德茲特溫斯基、霍格伍德、譚盾等;及聲樂家芙雷妮、柯楚芭絲、帕瓦洛帝、多明哥、卡瑞拉斯、庫拉、 特菲爾、波伽利;吉他大師耶佩斯;鋼琴家傅聰、拉羅嘉、提博德、魯迪、波哥雷里奇、薇莎拉絲、賀夫、 巴弗傑、寇瓦謝維契、齊柏絲坦、洛堤、歐森等;大提琴家馬友友、顧德曼、麥斯基、朱利安.洛伊韋伯、 卡普頌、王健、伊瑟利斯、穆勒 - 修特;小提琴家林昭亮、胡乃元、夏漢、明茲、列賓、希拉蕊.韓、宓多里、 絲凱德;擊樂家葛蘭妮、葛魯賓格等逾六百位音樂家。 14

Lü and Taiwan Philharmonic’s concert in Guangzhou epitomized the pursuit of artistic perfection.” -Yazhou Zhoukan (Asia Week) 2010/12 “There was also a convincing performance of the Adagio from Mahler’s Tenth Symphony, Lü’s carefully calibrated rendering capturing the angst...The second programme [featured] an utterly dazzling performance of Brahms´ Piano Quartet in G minor arranged by Schoenberg.” -Gramophone 2009/09 Founded in 1986, the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO), also known as Taiwan Philharmonic, is hailed as one of the best orchestras in the Asian Region and became an artistic affiliate of the National Chiang Kai-Shek Cultural Center, the nation's center for the performing arts, in 2005. Led by renowned conductor Shao-Chia Lü as its 5th music director starting August 2010, the NSO has increased the country's cultural richness and music educational strength throughout Taiwan.

The NSO with 96 members presents a 40-week musical season of approximately 70 concerts/chamber recitals and one to two operas each year. It also launched educational programs and outreach projects mostly at its resident venue, the National Concert Hall in Taipei. Tour performances are regularly offered throughout Taiwan and overseas. It has toured to Vienna, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sapporo, Tokyo, Yokohama, Hong Kong and major cities in China.

The NSO works regularly with internationally acclaimed conductors, such as Lorin Maazel, Krzysztof Penderecki, Rudolf Barshai, Leonard Slatkin, Christopher Hogwood, Oleg Caetani, Gennady Rozhdestvensky and soloists, including Midori, Vadim Repin, Hilary Hahn, Baiba Skride, Yo-Yo Ma, Gautier Capucon, Alban Gerhardt, Misha Maisky, Evelyn Glennie, Martin Grubinger, Louis Lorti, Kin-Woo Paik, Stephen Hough, Stephen Kovacevich, and many others.

The NSO has extended its artistic reach, involving in theater and opera productions, such as working with Lin HwaiMin, the world-renowned choreographer and founder of Taiwan's Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, Austrian digital artist Klaus Obermaier, and opera stage directors Tobias Richter, Moffatt Oxenbould, and Hans-Peter Lehmann. In addition to its record-breaking semistage concert operas Der Ring des Nibelungen, and Elektra, the NSO has collaborated with world-class opera houses for its multinational productions, such as Der Rosenkavalier (Deutsche Oper am Rhein, 2007), Carmen (Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Norwegian National Opera and Opera Australia, 2009) and Madama Butterfly (Opera Australia, 2012).
