We process applications as soon as they are received so the sooner you apply, the more chance you have of getting your preferred choice. We will process a £250 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your choice, this will then be deducted from your final rent instalment. If for whatever reason you don’t come to Northumbria we will return the deposit but charge a £50 admin fee.
