This not-for-profit hospital experienced failures in the 4" cast iron sewer pipes that are located underneath the basement’s floors. These pipes, which are more than 50 years old, were so corroded that holes formed and released foul sewer gases into the mechanical rooms and hallways.

Solution:
The hospital needed a long-term solution to rehabilitate the sewer pipes without disrupting normal operations. Nu Flow worked at night to clean and line the sewer pipes. We used existing access points so the concrete floor was preserved. The pipes are now protected against leaks and other failures.
