 There is difficulty to comply with the rules. Workers belive they know everythings when they gruduate from the school . But,the workers does not have experience in industrial work.  The young ones should have practical work during their education otherwise they don’t understand the real life conditions

Highlights of Employer Survey •They have stated that the main area that employees need training are vocational training and communicatıon skills, enterpreneurship, computer technology, and foreign language skills are following training areas

•67 percent of employers stated that their staff english communicatıon skills is weak and only 11 percent thinks that their staff have good english communıcation skills •70 percent wants to make coaching in enterpreneurship, and rest of them stated that they can make coaching in communication,computer technology and English

Highlights of Employee Survey •Out of all employees majority of them wants to attend the vocational training, secondly communication skills training. Computer technology, enterpreunership and foreign language trainings follow them. •Among vocational tranings areas, industrial training is the most wanted area. Culture and services areas equally follows the industrial area. •67 percent stated that they want to attend the career clubs aiming to acquire new capabilities for their employment and to help them in career planning •60 percent of them wants to start in future their own business. Highlights of Unemployed Survey •They believe their traıinıng needs firstly enterpreunership and followed by computer technology, and vocational area and lastly communıcation skills •84 percent stated that they are willing to attend the personal trainıng •81 percent want to have their own business •They stated that 51 percent needs technical training in industrial areas and 30 percent in culture •65 percent wants to be a member of career clubs to acquire new skills for employment and career plans •96 percent stated that the lifelong education is necessary
