ANCHOR WATERFRONT This project is waterfront residential project within the Azuela Masterplan in Davao, Philippines. During my professional practice in Aedas Singapore, I was involved to this project on the whole process of the development. From developing the Concept Design until delivering Schematic Drawings. In the early stage my role was assisting designer in various design process, ; sketching and analyzing site context, study model as part of the mass analysis, and preparing diagrams and visual for the presentations. In the further stage of the project, I took responsibilities in designing the towers such as plans and facades.

ANCHOR WATERFRONT Plots R1 & R2+R3 Project Anchor Waterfront is a premium waterfront residential development within the Azuela Master Plan mixed-use precinct, located 5 km North East of the city of Davao. This exclusive plot next to the waterfront offers stunning panoramic views of Davao Gulf, Davao Cove and Mount Apo. The development site of 34,590 sqm, comprises 358 premium apartment in two residential towers offering a mix of 2 Bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms, Garden Suites and Penthouse units, with a GFA of 72,832 sqm. The development will be bounded to the North East by the Main Waterfront Plaza, an activated public pedestrian green spine connected to the adjacent residential and commercial zones. The Plaza will be a highly activated public realm with recreational amenities and commercial offerings. The Plaza green spine terminates at the waterfront with the feature Davao Cove, connecting to Waterfront Promenade to the South East of Project Anchor Waterfront. The Architectural Vision for Project Anchor Waterfront is one that is inspired by nature, embracing its prime location next to Davao Gulf. Residential amenities including swimming pools, common function areas, private landscaped gardens and the living spaces are thoughtfully designed with maximum water views, security and privacy in mind. The contemporary design evokes a sense of timeless elegance and exclusivity through the careful selection of the material palette and interface with its waterfront context.
