SPORT-SPECIFIC PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT? • Known as “Sport-Specific Fitness” • Development of fitness which specific to sport demands • Have specific targets to the needs of the sports i.e strength, skills, endurance, speed flexibility etc. • Enhance sports performance.
