Community-oriented Incubator + Pocket Space INCUBATOR These modules will be inserted as part of the housing, offering sharing and upskilling opportunities for the community. POCKET SPACE Pocket spaces are allocated at every 50 meters along the main streets to improve the connectivity across the site, ensuring that the visitors (especially elderly) can get around the city in a more comfortable way. Apart from that, the allocation helps to collect a wide range of waste as scattered around the site.

Pod Share Pod Share is designated to be the production hub, tailoring to the needs of the community (workshop) as well as the visitors (mobile pods). The main idea of the Pod Share is to expose the waste management and upcycling process as transparent as possible, integrating two intersecting loops of human flow and resources at the central atrium. The manifestation serves as a reminder to the community on how waste can be given a second life. It does not just serve as a production hub, but also offering opportunities for new explorations and interventions as an experimental lab.
