USAGE TIPS & TROUBLESHOOTING
ABOUT CHARGING
•When the battery is low, the bottom lights display amber after an application. Time to charge your device!
•Prior to placing the ageLOC LumiSpa iO magnetic charger on your device, make sure your device is completely dry.
•When the device is fully charged, lights turn green and remain lit. You can go ahead & enjoy the LumiSpa iO experience.
•For optimal battery life, charge your device whenever low battery is indicated and avoid storing the device unused for months at a time.
ABOUT THE HEADS
•To enjoy the full LumiSpa system experience and benefits, remember to change your Silicone Head and or Silicone Tip every 3 Months.
•The app also can send you a replacement reminder when it is time to change the Head (not Accent Tip).
•When attaching your Silicone Head, align hole on the back of the Head surface with the rotating axle on your device then gently press the head onto the axle until it clicks.
•When removing your Silicone Head, Gently lift the top of the Head and pull until it releases.
ABOUT EVERYDAY USE
•Always apply your Activating Cleanser on your hand then your face, never directly on the Silicone Head.
•Make sure you glide your device on your face in a slow, gentle broad strokes movement:
1.If you press the device too firmly the movement of the head will stop, and the device will vibrate once slowly.
•2.f you scrub too aggressively the movement of the head will stop and the device will vibrate several times.
•After every use/application make sure to:
1.Remove the Silicone Head from the device. Rinse it with water while rubbing to remove residual Activating Cleanser.
2.Rinse device under water.
3.Wipe device and Silicone Head dry or leave them to dry thoroughly.
4.Only reattach the Silicone Head to the device after both components are thoroughly dry.
