VOLUME TRAINING This type of training is primarily intended for gaining muscles. We recommend to start with this type after you build a quality muscle base, which you would like to develop. During volume training we prefer heavier weights, longer pauses and adequate number of repetitions. High-quality diet, efficient and regular supplementation are alpha

SALMON WITH GREEN BEANS AND POTATOES

INGREDIENTS 4 PORTIONS • • • • • • • •

600 g salmon filet 400 g green beans 600 g potatoes 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 dl whip cream Pinch of salt Lemon juice – amount depends on you

DIRECTIONS Wash skinless salmon filets, add salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave for a while. Peel of onion and garlic and cut into small pieces. If using frozen green beans leave them for a while out of a freezer to defrost and cut roughly. Saute onion and garlic in a pan on oil and add beans, salt and pepper and let it steam. Right after the juice evaporates pour the cream in and then heat. Fry salmon steaks from both sides in a pan on butter and serve. Add baked potatoes at pleasure.

CURRY POULTRY WITH PASTA

INGREDIENTS 4 PORTIONS • • • • • • • • •

600 g chicken breasts 600 g pasta 2 dl cream 2 spoons oil Curry spice 1-2 apples 1 onion Pinch of salt 4 pinch of rye flour

DIRECTIONS Saute onion in oil, add chicken breasts cut into small pieces and strew everything with a curry spice. Pour in some water and let braise covered. After the meat gets soft thicken created sauce with the rye flour. Braise again and add peeled apple slices. Slowly braise until apples get soft. Add the cream at the end. Boil all together for about 5 minutes, so the cream will not shrink. Serve with boiled pasta.

DIRECTIONS Mix one dosage 50g (1 scoop = 20g) NUTREND Protein Pancake mixture with 100 ml of water and stir until you get smooth pastry. Fry pancakes on a hot pan from both sides. Prepare a filling using soft curd cheese and honey and spread it on every pancake. You can decorate it with blueberries, raspberries and dark chocolate. Serve warm.

100g mozzarella light 2 tomatoes 1 spoon basil (fresh and dried) Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 1 spoon olive oil 1 teaspoon balsamico

DIRECTIONS Cut mozzarella into thin slices and put tomato slices on the top. Pour olive oil and a few drops of balsamico on the top. Use as much salt and pepper you like. Basil is very important so do not spare with it. If using fresh basil cut it into tiny pieces, so the aroma gets stronger. If using dried basil smash it between fingers properly, so it releases its typical smell.

DIRECTIONS Cut turkey meat into noodles, add salt, your favorite spice and chilli. Fry on a heated oil until the meat gets golden color. Add cut bell peppers and champignons and fry for 2 more minutes. Put sour cream onto warm tortillas. Add as much garlic as you like and cover with iceberg lettuce leaves, add turkey mix in the middle and wrap up. Serve turkey tortillas warm.

DIRECTIONS Cut the turkey ham into pieces and mix it with eggs, egg whites and oil, add salt and herbs as you like. Bake the omelet from both sides on a Teflon pan. Serve with fresh cucumber or other different kind of fresh vegetables slightly sprinkled with an olive oil and flavored with pinch of salt and herbs.

4 slices turkey breasts 100 g hard low fat cheese 500 g green asparagus Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper SOUSE 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon honey 50 ml oil

DIRECTIONS Cut wooden parts off a peeled asparagus. Pour the souse all over it and leave in a closed box in a fridge overnight. Wash turkey breasts then tap, pepper and salt it. Rashly grill turkey slices from both sides, put into a baking bowl and cover with soaked asparagus and bake at 180 - 200°C about 15 - 20 minutes. A while before finishing, strew the grinded cheese on the top of asparagus and bake until it gets pink.

30 g 100% Whey Protein 60 g oat flakes 10 g corn flakes or cereal balls 20 g dried apricots 10 g raisins 20 g sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS Mix 100% Whey Protein in 200 ml of water, add oat flakes, corn flakes, apricots, raisins and sunflower seeds. Leave for 10-20 minutes. In case you prefer more of a mashie consistency, you can leave the mix in a fridge overnight. Serve with fresh apple slices.

INGREDIENTS 4 PORTIONS • • • • • • • •

400 g basmati rice 600 g chicken breasts 400 g tomatoes 2 bell peppers 4 spring onions Chilli spice 4 spoons oil Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS Spread oil on chicken breasts, add salt and spice and leave for an hour or overnight in a fridge. Meanwhile boil basmati rice according the directions. Cut bell peppers, onions and half of tomatoes into smaller pieces. Also, cut chicken meat to bits and fry on oil on a heated pan. Add all vegetables after a while, shortly grill and then pour 200 ml of water in. Steam for 5 minutes. Serve with salted basmati rice and decorate the plate with fresh tomatoes in the end.

PORK LOIN WITH PEPPER SAUCE

DIRECTIONS Use a blender to mix up eggs, apple, oat flakes, protein, cocoa, sweetener and baking powder. Put the mixture into a ceramic bowl or a silicone form intended for baking in a microwave. Bake in a microwave with 750 W effort for 3 minutes. For the dressing we need 30 g strawberries and a half banana. Mix everything into smooth mash and pour it on the top of the hot muffin. Decorate with the other half of banana and peanut butter at pleasure.

INGREDIENTS 4 PORTIONS • 800 g pork loin • 2 spoons green pepper in a salted pickle • 2 dl white dry wine • 2 dl 30% cream • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard • 2 spoons oil • Pinch of salt • Pinch of pepper

DIRECTIONS Wash the pork loin and cut into slices. Salt and pepper every slice and quickly fry both sides on oil, then put out and leave for a while. Pour cream and wine into the meat sauce into a pan and boil for 2 minutes until a part of sauce evaporates. Add mustard and pepper without pickle, stir up together and grind a few pepper balls with a spoon. Boil for 1 more minute. Serve for example with buttery potato puree.
