• Confirm Purchase Amount (If Applicable)
• Enter Tip Amount (If Applicable)
• Confirm Total Amount (If Applicable)
• Insert, Tap or Swipe the card
• If DCC eligible, terminal will retrieve exchange rate and o er the cardholder a choice to pay in Local currency or the Home currency
• Select Cashback (If Applicable)
• Confirm Total Purchase Amount (If Applicable)
• Select Account/Enter PIN (If Applicable)
• Approved, remove card
• Press OK and Pass to Merchant (If Applicable)
• Merchant copy prints out
• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
*Press and hold Green button to turn Terminal on. To turn the terminal o , press and hold the Yellow and ".,#*" button at the same time.
Credit Refund
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select Refund
• Enter Password (If applicable)
• Enter Clerk/Server/Driver# and password (If Applicable)
• Enter Invoice number
• Enter Refund Amount
• Insert, Tap or Swipe or key in the card
• Confirm Amount
• Confirm if this is a DCC transaction YES or No
• If YES, Enter Exchange Rate and Currency Code from original Sale and press OK
• Approved, remove card
• Press OK and Pass to Merchant (If Applicable)
• Merchant copy prints out
• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select Refund
• Enter Password (If applicable)
• Enter Clerk/Server/Driver# and password (If Applicable)
• Enter Invoice number
• Enter Refund Amount
• Insert, Tap or Swipe the card
• Select Account Account
• Enter PIN#
• Approved, remove card
• Press OK and Pass to Merchant (If Applicable)
• Merchant copy prints out
• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
Credit MOTO Sale
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select MOTO
• Enter Password (If applicable)
• Enter Clerk/Server/Driver# and password (If Applicable)
• Enter Invoice number
• Enter Amount
• Key in card number, expiry date and security code (CVV)
• Approved
• Merchant copy prints out

• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
Credit Pre-Auth
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select MORE
• Select PRE-AUTH
• Enter Password (If applicable)
• Enter Clerk/Server/Driver# and password (If Applicable)
• Enter Invoice number (If Applicable)
• Enter Amount
• Press OK and Pass terminal to cardholder
• Confirm Purchase Amount (If Applicable)
• Insert, Tap or Swipe or key in the card
• Approved, remove card
• Press OK and Pass to Merchant (If Applicable)
• Merchant copy prints out
• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
Credit Pre-Auth Complete Batch Settlement
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select MORE
• Select Complete
• Enter Clerk/Server/Driver # and password (If Applicable)
• Enter Record #
• Confirm transaction details
• Press OK and Pass terminal to cardholder

• Enter Completion Amount
• Approved, remove card
• Press OK and Pass to Merchant (If Applicable)
• Merchant copy prints out
• Confirm Customer Copy (If Applicable)
• Select YES to perform another completion or NO to return to the main menu
• Press OK to view main menu
• Select SETTLE
• Enter Password (If Applicable)
• Complete Pre-Auths Now (If Applicable)
• If Yes, see Pre-Auth Complete steps. If No, move on to Press OK to confirm totals
• Select Yes to confirm totals match and settle batch
• Select YES to Print Summary Report
• Approved
• Select YES to Print Details Report
