Quick deliveries of popular products from stock. We carry extensive stocks in the UK of many popular products available for promt delivery. All you have to do is add your own label and the products are ready for the end-user.

Specialist products assembled to-order. Demand for specialist versions of our standard products - for example with DALI dimming or sensors added - has never been stronger. To meet project requirements like these we have a fully equipped assembly and test facility at your disposal.

WARRANTY WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS INTRODUCTION NVC’s Standard Warranty is a “return to base” warranty and provides for replacement or repair of the unit(s) in question. The duration of the Standard Warranty varies according to the product. Unless otherwise stated it is 12 months from the date of purchase from NVC. On some products the Standard Warranty, where stated in our literature, is longer, and may be 2, 3 or 5 years. Where this is the case, a year is interpreted to be 15 hours operation per day, 7 days/week. Longer running hours per day will proportionately reduce the Standard Warranty.
GENERAL INCLUSIONS The Standard Warranty covers defects in design, materials and workmanship. Under the warranty NVC will repair or replace (at NVC’s choice) an item deemed to be faulty.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS The Standard Warranty excludes consumable items such as lamps, fuses and batteries. The Standard Warranty is void if the fitting has not been installed and maintained in accordance with NVC’s instructions and if the fitting has been subject to abnormal conditions of use, including installation in ambient temperatures above 25ºC, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (eg salt spray, certain cleaning agents or other corrosive substances) or abnormal electrical conditions. In particular, the Standard Warranty excludes consequential losses & damages and any costs associated with the removal or re-installation of fittings. The assessment of a product’s fitness for purpose is the responsibility of the customer or specifier. Lack of fitness for purpose is not grounds for a warranty claim. Clients are reminded that frequent switching of fluorescent lamps, as may occur when they are used with occupancy sensors, may seriously reduce the life of the lamp, and that lamps are excluded from our Standard Warranty.
