Franklin Park Code Enforcement Officer

Code Enforcement Officer The Village of Franklin Park is seeking a full and / or part time Code Enforcement Officer to work in the Building Department. The position is responsible to enforce all Village adopted building and mechanical codes, sign and zoning ordinances, and the Village’s Code of Ordinances. The qualified candidate must be a high school graduate or its equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in building construction, or a tradesman. Certifications as a Commercial Building Inspector and / or Mechanical Inspector is preferred.

Fluency in a second language is highly preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess a valid IL driver’s license.
