Building Division Supervisor The Village of Westmont, IL (pop. 24,685) Building Division Supervisor is responsible for the administration, oversight, and direction of the Village Building Division of the Community Development Department, including Code Enforcement.

Applicant must be a dedicated individual with integrity & strength of character.

Requires extensive knowledge of methods, techniques, and procedures used in building construction, inspection, and maintenance; extensive knowledge of pertinent laws, statutes, ordinances and codes and code enforcement techniques. Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with courses in engineering, architecture, construction technology or management, planning, or closely related field. Must possess valid IL Vehicle Operator’s License.

Starting salary range is $72,738 - 80,000 (DOQ). Average weekly hours are 40 hours per week.
